S-Tier weapons
The best weapon meta in Empulse
|
Resonance |
A semi-automatic carbine that actually is shredding in the meta right now. High rate of fire for semi-automatic selection along with high damage 30 base / 40 headshot damage. Great for long range deployments and consistent tags on enemies, but requires good accuracy. |
|---|---|
|
Echo |
Easily best melee weapon Impulse. It is a pump action shotgun and is one of only two weapons capable of achieving a one-time killwith a maximum body or head damage level of 105. Excellent for aggressive players, but has rather poor range by default. |
|
Coda |
Simply the best SMG in Impulse right now. It boasts a high rate of fire for fast TTK and a large default magazine of 45 rounds. The range is also fairly accurate, although it can be improved with the right settings. |
Class A weapons
The highest level weapons in Empulse
|
Compressor |
Best compared to Modulator. It boasts slightly better damage per shot, but a slower rate of fire and a smaller magazine size. It is one of best all round weapons, great for those who want a gun that can perform well at most ranges. |
|---|---|
|
Modulator |
Sports have slightly less damage than the Compressor AR, but a higher rate of fire to bridge the game. It also boasts 40 ammo by default. His fast, aggressive and shines at both close and mid range. |
|
Oscillator |
A twin-barreled LMG that boasts a high rate of fire and a lower average damage level with high DPS. It boasts a large magazine size and is reliable at medium range. It also has minimal effect on movement speed. |
Class B weapons
Specialized weapons in Empulse
|
Trinity |
A pretty powerful three-shot assault rifle that really can kill with just two shots. Catch? In order to use it effectively, you need to make sure you hit all three shots in a burst for maximum damage. |
|---|---|
|
Requiem |
Not a bad weapon by any means. The Requiem is a flash-action sniper rifle capable of dealing one-shot kills with the head. However, more often than not you will find yourself having to follow up with a second body shot and a game as fast as Impulsethis limits the weapon's potential. |
|
Percussion |
Percussion is the second SMG in the game and has a unique gimmick sporting explosive rounds for splash damage. Great against players who wall run or in confined spaces, but doesn't compare well to other weapons in the meta. |
|
Final |
Default melee weapon. Just like your standard melee you can kill other players with just two hits. However, yours attack speed is significantly higher than a standard melee attack. |
Class C weapons
Impulse weapons you should probably avoid
|
Opus |
An assault pistol that really boasts reliable three shot kill. Catch? Its rate of fire is quite slow and the weapon is heavily reliant on accuracy, boasting a small amount of kick when firing rapidly. |
|---|---|
|
Volta |
An assault rifle that boasts homing projectiles. He's right low damage and homing rounds aren't super effective. Best to avoid. |
