IN Batman: Arkham Citywhen batman is roaming Gotham City chasing a member of the League of Assassins, three criminals speculate about who defeated Two-Face at the Solomon Wayne Courthouse, with one directly mentioning Crazy Quilt.

The Batman: Arkham games have become famous for adapting obscure villains in memorable ways, such as Firefly and Professor Pyg. Crazy Quilt as this blind villain who uses colors to hypnotize people and other tricks could be a unique side mission. If Dick Grayson were to get his own game, Crazy Quilt could be the villain since Dick is the one who blinded Quilt in the comics.

In the 2003 animated series BatmanCosmo Krank was the original villain who uses toy guns to get revenge on Bruce Wayne for shutting down the Krank Co. Toys.

With Bruce's identity revealed at the end Arkham KnightToymaker would have the perfect opportunity for revenge if Rocksteady wanted to tell a story between events Arkham Knight and Suicide Squad: Kill The Justice League. With Bruce Wayne now publicly known as Batman, there's a lot of untapped potential.


6 Humpty Dumpty

A disturbing killer who likes to tear people apart

The only mentions of this villain were in Batman: Arkham Asylum and Batman: Arkham Citywith the Humpty Dumpty file unlocked after solving the puzzle. In the official Arkhamverse timeline, he is described as a man with a tenacity to smash things to pieces who attempted to murder his grandmother due to childhood abuse.

There's no shortage of assassins and mercenaries in Gotham City's underworld, and Drury Walker remains one of those that hasn't appeared in the games yet, despite being labeled as a cunning gun for hire. Known as Killer Moth, he was revealed to be the first villain that Barbara Gordon fought as Batgirl, using the hood to imprison her targets.

IN Batman: Arkham Asylumit is revealed that Maximilian “Maxie” Zeus has been treated by the Arkham staff as incurable when Batman discovers the cell, which was completely enclosed by stone walls with no windows or doors, like some kind of monster.


In the comics and animation, Maxie Zeus is a man who truly believes he is the eponymous Greek god, and such self-delusion results in an illusory verisimilitude effect where he acquires a criminal empire that serves him as a god. However, strangely, Maxie Zeus was said to have mysteriously disappeared while being subjected to electroshock therapy, perhaps teasing himself that he had powers.

Prometheus was mentioned in Batman: Arkham Asylum as one of the facility's most infamous patients and avoided arrest and placement in Arkham City. Prometheus was originally intended to be one of the many villains he featured in Batman: Arkham Knightbut his entire DLC mission was scrapped, much to the dismay of fans.
