Not too long ago, Dawntrail launched a massive character overhaul, with Square Enix kindly including a way to get a free Phial of Fantasia.

How to get Fantasia bottle from patch 7.1

To get a free Phial of Fantasia, head over to Old Gridania and talk to The Wanderings of a Moogle on (X:10.7 Y:6.4). A short conversation later and you are now the proud owner of a bottle of Fantasia. No waiting, no quests, no payments.

This free Phial of Fantasia app will only be available until patch 7.2 launches, so be sure to grab it while you can.

How to use Fantasia bottles

If you wish to change your character's appearance, simply use the Fantasia Vial from your inventory and then log out on the character screen.

You must remove all equipment (except your weapon) before logging out, as you cannot change your appearance while your character is still equipped.

On the Character Selection screen, select your character, but do not log in. Instead, select 'Remodel Character' from the sub-menu and now you can give your Warrior of Light the shine it deserves.
