On Reddit, Pokemon TCG fan Cpt_JimBob_Sherwood shared his new reward with other players and explained how it came about. Cpt_JimBob_Sherwood apparently walked into the gas station and saw the display with Pokemon cards for sale from the recent Surging Sparks expansion. About 20 decks into display, Cpt_JimBob_Sherwood got the idea to simply ask the shopkeeper if they could take the display store if they bought all the decks of cards displayed on it. The store clerk agreed, and the result can be seen in a photo of a Reddit post where the store's display is hidden in the back seat of a fan's car.

This particular card was at the top of many fans' wish lists and was quite expensive for some collectors to purchase separately. While it's a shame they didn't get exactly what they wanted, for some what Cpt_JimBob_Sherwood came up with is still quite rare and great.
