Fairytale Bottle #1
Head east from Suthorn Village and you'll come across a cave near a rift. Inside you will find Zols and Ignizol. Go through the back to find a chest with a Fairy Bottle. It is very likely that you will get this fairy bottle early in your playthrough. It's also a great way to get an early Ignizol, which you'll need for a later sidequest.
Fairy Bottle #2
Another Fairy Bottle awaits you in Kakariko Village. To get it, you will need to complete the “Cuccos on the Loose” side quest. Talk to the lady outside the cucco enclosure and look for five cucco around Kakariko Village. Once you place all five in the pen, he'll give you a Fairy Bottle.
Fairy Bottle #3
You can also get Fairy Bottle through Stamp Rally. The first stamp stand you find will unlock stamp cards that the Stamp Guy will give you. For every five you get a reward and a new card. Once you collect 15 stampsStamp Guy will give you a Fairy Bottle. Stamp stands can usually be found in or near villages, but some are located on hills or mountains. Therefore, it is better to get this Fairy Bottle after you have learned Echoes such as Flying Tile or Platboom.
Fairy Bottle #4
After completing the main quest “Still Missing”, fast travel to Seesyde Village. You'll find a man standing on the yellow roof of a boat with a red quest marker (“Is my ship still stuck?”). If you accept the side quest, you will have to swim out Zora Bay and get on shipwreck. This is located south of Zora Cove where you can find Hydrosols. If you're not sure where to go, check out the map in the image above.
The quest “The Zappy Shipwreck” requires you to break open the hatch leading to the boat. You will need to use the grapple ability (X button) to open the hatch to get inside. The ship itself is a dungeon, and when you get to the bottom floor, you'll have to fight Barinade. This boss can be difficult due to his electrical abilities. However, if you have elemental enemies like Wizzrobes or Fire Keese, you should use them to get rid of the barrier between the jellyfish. Once his guard is down, use Swordfighter Mode and land as many attacks as possible before he recovers. As a reward for defeating Barinade, you will receive a Piece of Heart.
After defeating the boss, return to Seesyde Village. Report your finds and success to the man on the ship and he will give you the final Fairy Bottle.
