Marvel Rivals Maps

Season 0 of Marvel Rivals it has four game modes for players to explore and try. As mentioned earlier, the maps for each game mode are different. Here's how each game mode works, along with the maps available in the game:

Convoy

marvel-rivals-convoy game mode

In the Convoy game mode, one team will have to escort a moving vehicle to the other end of the map. The objective of the defending team is to stop the escort team by either killing them or attacking the vehicle.

When the game starts, the defending team can leave the spawn area and head towards the vehicle to set up an ambush. The attacking team will have to stay inside the spawn area for 30 seconds. When the attacking team is released, they must intercept the vehicle to get it moving. Once captured, the vehicle will move forward as long as at least one hero from the attacking team is nearby.

The vehicle will move faster if there are more heroes around it.

Each map in the Convoy game mode contains two checkpoints. The aim of the attacking team is to escort the vehicle through the checkpoints and reach the end of the map. There's also a timer, and if the attacking team doesn't make it to the end before the countdown reaches zero, the defending team wins.

However, once the vehicle reaches a checkpoint, some extra time is added to the timer, giving the attacking team an advantage. If the defending team manages to defeat the attacking team, they can capture the vehicle and it will start rolling back. The defending team can only return the vehicle to a previously occupied checkpoint.

Domination

In this game mode, two teams fight for control of one point on the map. A capture point, called the Mission Area, activates after 30 seconds. To get a point, a team member must stay in the mission area until the bar is raised to the maximum.

Once captured, players must prevent the opponent from entering the mission area. The progress bar increases by 1% every 1.2 seconds. The team that holds the mission area until the bar reaches 100% wins the round.

Once a mission area is occupied, you do not need to remain in the zone for the bar to advance.

An opposing team can invade a mission area by walking into it. This will cause the progress bar to stop until your team pushes the enemy team out of the zone. If your team is pushed out instead, the enemy will begin occupying the mission area.

If a team invades the mission area while the opposing team is close to victory, the game will go into overtime. You will see a gold bar at the top of the screen that will deplete if there are no enemy heroes in the mission area. If the enemy team gets in, the bar will pause until your team takes out the opposing heroes or gets them out of the zone.

This game mode has three rounds. The first team to capture the mission area twice wins.
