If you want to unlock all the crafting options for Slayer's Fang, you'll need to completely repair the organ inside the watchtower and comfortably play the tunes. Play three unique tunes, explore the watchtower, and explore the hidden rooms, and you'll walk away with every Slayer's Fang custom upgrade in no time. But before we get into the individual interior locations, let's first discuss how the interior upgrades for Slayer's Fang work and how to use the organ instrument inside the watchtower.
How to unlock Intrinsics For Slayer's Fang
Slayer's Fang has four inner levels, one of which is unlocked by default by completing Kell's Fall. For the remaining interior elements, you must play a tune with the watchtower organ. This will make a glowing bag appear somewhere in the level, the location depends on what tune you played. Interact with the bag to unlock more internal upgrades.
You will need to clear Kell's Fall three times to completely repair the organ.
Intrinsic upgrades appear on both Normal and Expert difficulty.
Note that each internal upgrade iterates Slayer's Fang by one level, regardless of the order in which you take the upgrades. For example, if you grab an Intrinsic Upgrade IV bag, you'll only get Intrinsic II for Slayer's Bane because you didn't grab any of the previous ones. We recommend grabbing all three upgrades at once to minimize backtracking. Play all three tunes at the beginning of the mission and all three sacks should appear in the level; just be sure to take them.

Intrinsic II can be found to the right of the organ instrument at the start of the level. After defeating the Trickster, head to the watchtower and play the following notes: 2, 11, 1, 10, 7, and 6. Step off the plate to create a sack, then run up the stairs to your right. When you reach the top, hang to the right. Reach the end of the corridor to get your inner upgrade.

Another upgrade for Slayer's Bane can be found in Mirror Gallery, the first mirror part of Kell's Fall. Before you begin, play the following sequence on the organ: 1, 4, 11, 1, 4, and 10. When you enter the Mirror Realm, proceed through the corridor as usual. You'll notice that the locked door at the end of the path is now open. Head inside and grab the dagger inside to get your new internal upgrade.

The latest update for Slayer's Bane is found just before the second encounter at the shrine. Before you enter the mirror and fight the Mindbender, you'll want to light the three nearby bonfires open the door directly across from the Rally Flag. Enter the newly unlocked door and interact with the vase inside to get your new internal upgrade.
Picking up a vase will not show the Intrinsic IV upgrade in your loot source. This is a visual bug – you still get the Slayer's Bane upgrade.
