The Mysterious summer event in Harry Potter: Hogwarts Mystery challenges players to decode the daily hint to find hidden rewards throughout the castle. As this event changes every 24 hours, we will update this tracker daily throughout July with the latest locations.

It is worth noting that you need to advance a little The Hogwarts Mystery's story before the Summer Mystery “solution” appears in your game. In my experience you have to Beat the moment when you talk to Hagrid about magical creatures in Year 1, Chapter 5.

July 6: Great Hall

  • Hint: “The headmaster is here, so listen to see who wins the coveted cup.
  • Solution: Head to Great Hall and go left to find a stack of books. You can reach the Great Hall through the Lower Floor – West.

July 5: Courtyard

  • Hint: “When summer comes and classes get hard, go relax in the yard!”
  • Solution: Go to Courtyard and tap the glowing blue frog by the fountain. You can get here through the Lower Floor – West.

July 4: East Towers

  • Hint: “Peeves is causing trouble, so what else is new? This poltergeist problem is also a clue!”
  • Solution: Go to East towers and click on the glowing blue owl on the right. You can get to this location through Dungeons.

July 3: Dungeons

  • Hint: “Beat the heat, out of sight, slide lower, away from the light.”
  • Solution: Go to Dungeons and tap the glowing blue pot on the floor. You can get to the Dungeons through the Castle grounds.

July 2: Training ground

  • Hint: “The weather is warm and the class is running out. You want to fly, so go to training.”
  • Solution: Go to Training grounds and click on the glowing blue broom on the ground. You can get to it through the castle grounds.

July 1: Castle grounds

  • Hint: “Over the head of the owl, tree with great roots, greet Hagrid in today's chase.”
  • Solution: Go to Castle grounds and click on the glowing blue highlighted owl perched on the rock in front of the willow tree. You can reach this location from the East Towers.
