The Straw Hat Pirates are central to the final saga One piece. Their goal is to become the first pirate crew since the Roger Pirates to complete a circumnavigation of the globe and find the Final Island, Laugh Tale, claiming One piece in process. The Straw Hat Pirates have already become a Yonko crew and rank among the strongest in the world, but their growth continues in the Final Saga. They've already received some incredible upgrades, with many more to come as the story progresses through the Elbaph arc and beyond.

Super Vega Cola
One of the most interesting power-ups that any Straw Hat has received recently came in the Elbaph arc for Franks via Vegapunk's ODC. Omni Drain Converters created by Dr. With Vegapunk, they absorb any form of energy and convert it into a consumable form of energy. These Omni Drain Convertors completely absorbed all the heat energy from the Elbaph and converted it into Super Vega Cola for Franky to consume.
After consuming this new form of cola, Franky's strength increased tremendously and he reached the point where he was able to perform the MMA created by Saint Killingham with a single punch. While Franky was already strong enough to defeat someone like Sasaki with ease, his overall abilities are now at a level where he can compete with the likes of Yonko Commanders on the same level. His power has increased drastically and it's also worth remembering that he can even power his Shogun with this new Super Vega Cola, making him a huge threat to anyone who has to move forward. Franky is truly on a whole other level of power and moving forward.
Mini Gear 4
The main character of the series, Monkey D. Luffy he continues to grow even though he's already become a Yonk, which is to be expected given that he's supposed to be fighting Nero Ima-level enemies in the Final Saga. Luffy received quite a few upgrades in the final saga, but one of the most overlooked is Mini Gear 4.
The Gear 4 power was first used in the Dressrosa arc, but was invented by Luffy during the two-year timeskip. Since he has used it frequently since then, he has mastered its use to the point where he can restrict it to certain parts of his body, just like he did with Gear 2 and Gear 3 after the time skip. Instead of using Gear 4 throughout his body and unleashing his Haki to its maximum level, Luffy can now harness the same power by conserving his Haki and using it only in a single limb. This gives him the same firepower but preserves his Haki and overall increases his effectiveness in battle, making it one of the most incredible upgrades he's received in recent memory.

Upgraded Ifrit Jambe
Eiichiro Oda gave the Straw Hat Pirates some sneaky upgrades like Mini Gear 4 for Monkey D Luffy. He also gave in a similar way Sanji a unique upgrade, which is the ability to connect to Ifrit Jambe without activating his Lineage Factor mod. In order to keep up with Ifrit Jambe's hot flames, Sanji usually needs to turn on his exoskeleton to increase his overall physical durability. Ifrit Jambe's flames are so hot that they cannot be contained by just anyone. This is exactly why Sanji was only able to harness them to awaken the exoskeleton and combine that power with his refined Haki.
In the Elbaph arc, Sanji can tap into Ifrit Jambe's power without even turning on his exoskeleton, meaning his Haki has improved enough that he can now maintain a hotter version of the technique without unleashing his full powers. As a result, this also means that Ifrit Jambe's intensity will increase manifold when he turns on his exoskeleton. This was clearly seen when he fought against Saint Killingham, completely obliterating him with a single blow and calling him a “little fry” despite being a Saint Knight with the powers of immortality and infinite regeneration.

Refined Conqueror's Haki
Conqueror's Haki is one of the key upgrades that each individual can get in the One Piece Final Saga, for both Luffy and Zoroit is extremely important. Luffy has already advanced tremendously in his Haki and continues to do so in the Elbaph arc. Again, this is an upgrade that Oda sneakily gave Luffy, but it's more noticeable in Zoro's case.
Until recently, Zoro didn't even know he had access to the Conqueror's Haki. Gaban reprimanded him for this, telling him that the true power of Haki can only manifest when it is properly controlled. Since then, Zoro has been actively trying to master his Conqueror's Haki, which has improved his effectiveness and overall power output, if only by a tiny amount. As the Elbaph arc continues, Zoro learns this how to make better use of his Conqueror's Haki and upgrade him even further. Once that happens, he will surely level up and approach the world like the Yonko and admirals of the One Piece world, making him one of the most prominent forces.
The cleansing power of Hito Hito No Mi
Elbaph Arch One piece gave power-ups to several members of the Straw Hat Pirates, incl Helicopter. Chopper usually simply uses the power of his Devil Fruit to gain access to various hybrid transformations that enhance his physical abilities. But in Elbaph, Chopper pointed a new Monster Point power that allowed him to reverse the effect of Imu's Domi Reversi.
This power came as a shock to many, and since it allows Chopper to use his Devil Fruit power outside of his own body, it marks the awakening of the Devil Fruit. More information needs to be added on this particular power-up, but at this point it's definitely one of the most incredible powers that any Straw Hat has awakened in the final saga.
The Voice of All Things
The voice of all things is a force that has been teased long ago in the Sabaody Archipelago arc and in the event Luffyhe started tapping into it sometime around the time of Fishman Island. Luffy's Voice of All Things has been steadily growing since the Elbaph arc, where he started using it subconsciously to the point where he could even recognize the voices of those falling miles away and instantly identify with him.
This power will continue to grow as Elbaph's arc moves forward, and in the Final Saga, Luffy must fully master it in order to use it properly in the Great War to come.
