Quest to safe harbor ARC Raiders takes place on the Riven Tides map, where players will have to decipher the clues left by the restaurant's kitchen staff and recover the hidden technology for Tian Wen. The quest objectives are quite vague, such as locating the kitchen mentioned in the objective or determining the exact location shown on the sketch. However, I will explain how you can complete all the objectives and complete Safe Harbor ARC Raiders in no time.

How to find a clue left by the kitchen staff at ARC Raiders Restaurant (Safe Harbor)
The first objective for the quest Safe Harbor v ARC Raiders is to find the trail left by the restaurant's kitchen staff. However, there is no restaurant marked on the Riven Tides map, so I found it a little difficult to find the location of the trail. Fortunately, after hours of research, I finally came across a restaurant that was located on a rooftop Hotel Panorama Azzuro.
Hotel Panorama Azzuro is located on the western part of the Riven Tides map. There are multiple entrances to the hotel, but I recommend approaching it from the south side (as indicated in the image above) so that you can direct access to the staircase that leads to the rooftop restaurant.
After arriving at the hotel's rooftop restaurant, continue forward past the tables until you reach a small indoor area. To the left of the area you will find a small kitchenette where you will have the opportunity to photograph the trail. Watch out for fireballs or pops moving around the place as they can surprise you.
The clue left by the kitchen staff is a image of badminton racket and benchindicating that the next target will be located in the tennis court area.
Where to find the area shown in the sketch and excavate the buried part
The tennis court is located just a short distance from the Panorama Azzuro hotel in the south direction. Instead of entering the tennis court, you will have to walk around the outside of the court until you reach the west side (as shown on the map above).
You will come across a small funeral a pile in the ground, with a shovel protruding. Interact with the pile and your character will start digging a spot, which can take a few seconds. You will recover after the animation is complete task item “Precision Gimbal”. from the mound.
Be sure to place the Precision Gimbal in your secure pocket and safely bring it back to the Speranza. When you get back, talk to Tian Wen Surge coil, heavy gun parts and horizontal grip attachment as a reward for completing the quest Safe Harbor v ARC Raiders.
