How the franchise has grown since the release of Fallout: New Vegas

There are several gaming franchises that have stood the test of time and Fallout is one of the most notable in the list. Since the release of the first chapter in the late 90s. Fallout has evolved in a pretty drastic way, and with the hope that another major chapter is in the works, many players (myself included) have gone back to some of their favorite items to continue getting a solid dose of post-apocalyptic wasteland survival.

Once Bethesda took control of the franchise, the series turned into a first-person experience Fallout 3. The developer eventually commissioned production from Obsidian Entertainment Fallout: New Vegaswhich marked another turning point for adventure-filled RPGs. Like stubborn Fallout fan, there's something I love about every piece, but like so many others, New Vegas is an access record. From New Vegas, Fallout it reached new heights of popularity and paved the way for the series to become even more influential.

With its cartoony art style and lighter approach to the franchise, Fallout Shelter proved to be a fun way to experience Fallout in a new light.

Fallout 76 is the latest game in the series, and while it's been a fantastic addition to the franchise, it certainly hasn't been a smooth start for the multiplayer counterpart. When Fallout 76 launched back in 2018, it seemed almost doomed from the start. They were plagued by constant bugs, crashes and a general lack of content Fallout 76but over the years it has become one of the most interesting Fallout offers. It has managed to rise from the ashes of its disastrous launch and is now full of great content. This year in particular was one of his strongest. When it was announced that Amazon would be doing a Fallout show, there was a mixture of excitement and caution. Video game adaptations are certainly not easy to pull off. Among live action adaptations such as Border movie and unhappy Halo series, there are several recent examples of how video games don't always translate to film or television. fortunately Fallout hasn't had this problem, at least not yet.

After the first season premiered, Fallout the franchise as a whole received a huge boost. Old and new fans of the series flocked to the games, and the arrival of Season 2 is sure to be even more exciting for them. New Vegas lovers as this will be the first time the location has been revisited since the game's launch. While some still hope in New Vegas remaster, Season 2 of the series will likely be the closest fans will get anytime soon.

Where Will the Fallout Franchise Go?

That is the biggest question of all. AND New Vegas a remaster or even a sequel is unfortunately unlikely at this point, but at least Bethesda is known to have plans Fallout 5 along the road. However, when this entry will arrive remains a big mystery. It may be a few years before Bethesda makes an official announcement Fallout 5let alone release it. The Elder Scrolls 6 fans are currently in their seventh year of waiting with no clear end in sight. Once Bethesda ticks it off their to-do list, many expect Fallout 5 are slated to be next, but as of now there's no way to know what's in store for the main games. Fortunately, there is at least a strong TV series and an ever-evolving option Fallout 76and that will hopefully be enough to hold the fans over until Fallout 5 is finally becoming a reality.
