Players will officially unlock the “Over and Under” quest. after completing Usahan's “Tea Time” quest. “Tea Time” is unlocked after you upgrade your friendship with Usahana to level 9, so you'll want to focus on giving her gifts first.

How to complete the top and bottom quest in Hello Kitty Island Adventure

The “Over and Under” quest starts when you talk to Hello Kitty in her cafe. She invites you to join her and a few other friends in visiting Usahana in City Town. After you agree, he will leave the cafe and make his way to town.

This room is two levels above the flooded floor. The most important areas to note are lever to the left of the doorlight switches distributed around the room and mechanism on the right wall which displays the switch symbols.

To solve this puzzle, you will need to activate all the switches so that their symbols on the mechanism light up. You can then press the purple button between the symbols to complete the puzzle.

To activate each switch, you must place one of the room's boxes on it. There are a total of four boxes in this room. The first is on a platform above the water, while the other three are underwater on the floor.

Begin by immersing yourself in the water and he grabbed one of the three boxes on the floor. Swim up with it until you reach the stairs leading to blue switch with triangle on it. Place the box on this switch to activate it.

Dive underwater and grab the last box on the floor. Bring it to the stairs to the left of the leverthen transfer it to the path. Bring this box to green switch sx and leave it to him.
