Maintenance of a functional park in The development of Jurassic World 3 it requires careful planning and a watchful eye. Your maintenance teams will oversee many jobs throughout the park, from refueling generators to replenishing food, while Rangers will have to cover the enclosures to ensure the safety and well-being of the animals.
To keep the park running smoothly, you'll ideally want the park maintenance score to stay at a steady 95-100%. This means your enclosures and fences are strong and secure and every building is powered. Here's everything you need to know about good park management in Jurassic World Evolution.
How to control park maintenance teams
Park maintenance covers park infrastructure from fences to fuel and keeps everything running smoothly. The state of the park's infrastructure is shown in the lower left corner with a gear icon. This percentage shows the total strength and health of the park inclusive fences, buildings, and urine. If this percentage falls below 80%, you may face some dangerous malfunctions.
Park maintenance is important to keep the park running even during storms or other inclement weather. The healthier your park maintenance rating is, the better prepared you will be Maintenance team and the less likely you are to need major repairs.
Add upgrades to your maintenance facility to improve mission scheduling, add more ATVs, or increase storm protection.
To keep your park well maintained, you need to build a Maintenance equipment for $100,000 s.a power station and substation nearby, and even a backup generator in case of an emergency power outage or sabotage.
Your maintenance teams need to cover the entire park, so place maintenance stations around the park and make sure the station's radius covers every piece of equipment, enclosure, and generator. Once a maintenance station is placed, it will appear with a red icon. Click it to assign a team to the post. This maintenance team will look after the entire area covered by the radio. Any buildings or facilities outside the area and shown in red will not be covered and will need an additional pillar to cover them.
Of course you can control ATV maintenance manually by selecting the vehicle and choosing “Direct control”. This allows you to ride your ATV around the park to find and fix broken fences, refuel and take photos of the dinosaurs. Taking direct control will be important when a power plant or facility is sabotaged, as teams will not be able to be dispatched autonomously.
How to control the Park Ranger
Park rangers they are similar to park maintenance in that they cover a large radius of the park wherever the bollards are placed. Like the maintenance team, Rangers can be manually driven around the park and used to photograph exhibits for money.
As long as the enclosure and most of the dinosaurs are covered within the radius of the Ranger Post, the teams assigned to the post will automatically check the animals and perform their tasks. These teams are in charge welfare of dinosaurs, carrying out regular welfare checks, cleaning and stocking feeders.
You can also take direct control of the maintenance team vehicle and drive the dinosaurs into the enclosures. To herd your animals, you need to position the team vehicle so that the cone covers the dinosaurs you need to direct. Use the on-screen commands to call them towards you, then send them into the enclosed space in front of you.
Ranger posts can be found on the Enclosure tab on the left side of the screen. They have three team slots: Ranger Team, MVU Team, and Capture Team. To assign teams to these slots, you must build a Response Facility for $100,000 aa $250,000 Paleo-Medical Facility.
Once your post is placed, make sure it covers most of the space by clicking on it to assign a team to each slot. This ensures that the area is patrolled and the teams look after the welfare of every dinosaur in the ring.
Check the coverage of your Ranger and Maintenance Post by clicking on the post and checking the red icons.
- Rangers teams check on the dinosaurs' well-being, replenish food where needed, and take photos to sell.
- MVU teams scan for medical conditions and treat any illnesses or treat injuries.
- Capture teams tranquilize dinosaurs ready for transport or treatment.
Occasionally, you may need to assign a task to a Ranger vehicle if the animal is out of range of the station or if the team is doing non-essential work. It is worth placing the Ranger Posts in the enclosures so that they overlap each other slightly to give the best coverage and keep your animals safe.
