The rest 2 is a challenging game with difficult enemies, environments and bosses. Fortunately, the game gives the character many tools to overcome these challenges, including a wide variety of different weapons, from melee weapons to hand and long weapons, as well as several ring options that you can equip for bonus stats.
When it comes to weapons, you can expect to find a lot of them as you play. However, you can only get half of what the game has to offer, as the other half is usually hidden behind puzzles, secret locations, quests, or even alternate ways to defeat certain bosses.
How to get a monorail
Like other weapons in Remnant 2, you need to get a specific crafting material to create a monorail from McCabe to Ward 13.
This crafting material can be obtained from the final boss, Alepsis-Taura.
As you may already know from the base game and the previous two DLCs,
there are usually two ways to defeat a boss that affects the drop
: The normal way and the alternate kill, and here we focus on the alternate kill.
You may have noticed this while exploring the Dark Horizon map two white lines coming from two giant white orbs near the tower where the final boss isAlepsis-Taura, is located.
Although you can destroy them before you reach the boss area, you have to ignore them and leave them untouched.
How to get to Alepsis-Taura
To reach this boss, a we provide guidance based on a one-off adventurefirst fast travel to The Waylaid Conservatory Checkpoint is located in the Withered Necropolis.
Exit the room and follow the path to the leftup through the flower field until you reach the glider.
Use the glider to do this fly through the gap under the tower in front of youusing a wind hole to help you move across. Use the vent through the gap and turn rightwhere you can find a place to land.
Here you will come across a door that takes you directly to the boss arenawhere you can fight Alepsis-Taura.
Remember: don't destroy the white balls!
After you manage to defeat the final Dark Horizon boss, it will drop Eternity Chamber crafting materialwhich is an alternate kill drop.
Now all you have to do is take it to McCabe in Ward 13 and select the craft menu where you will see that you can make the Monorail Long Gun using craft material along with seven lumenite crystals and 1000 scrap.
