How to get Black Rock Launcher

The Black Rock Launcher is located in sub-level 1 (-1) of the floor inside the inventory management office. You will need to obtain a security level 02 keycard at sublevel 2 (-2) to access the weapon. In order to take the elevator to sub-level 2 (-2), you will need to complete part of sub-level 3 (-3) in the Lake House. Here's how to get the gun.

After completing sublevel 3 (-3), enter the elevator to reach sublevel 2 (-2).
Go straight through the main corridors and enter a corridor with glass offices on either side.
At the end of the corridor, turn left and enter the office with the storage area. From there, head to the control center.
Near the control panel, players will receive a security level 02 key card from the dead scientist.
Proceed to clear sublevel 2 (-2) by picking the lock using the code “220925” on the control panel computer. Once the lockdown is lifted, escape the Taken pile and run up the elevator.
After reaching sub-level 1 (-1) via the elevator, head to the panel control room.
Here, use the switch to rearrange the paintings to open the way to the inventory management office.
Use the Security Level 02 Keycard on the door and enter the office to get the Security Level 03 Keycard and the Black Rock Launcher.

You will finally have the Black Rock Launcher inside you Alan Wake 2: The Lake House DLC. You will now have the means to defend against painted characters. Charging the Black Rock Launcher will destroy these creatures with a single shot.
