How to increase your payload in Stalker 2
In survival horror games like Stalker 2: Heart of ChernobylCarrying weight is an important mechanic that determines the amount of stuff you can carry. Default load weight v Stalker 2 is set to 80 kg. If you exceed this limit, you will be too burdened by the weight of all the equipment and supplies you have collected.
When overloaded, your movement speed is reduced, your stamina drains faster, and your stamina regeneration rate Stalker 2 will slow down. All of this will eventually lead to you not moving, and you will have to throw some things out of your backpack – even if you don't want to. To avoid this situation, you can increase the load capacity Stalker 2.

How to increase your payload in Stalker 2
There are several different ways to increase the weight limit Stalker 2. These include upgrading your armor and gear, equipping artifacts and Stalker suits, and using Hercules Pills.
Equip artifacts
The first thing you can do to increase your carrying capacity is to equip it Artifacts in Stalker 2. There are five slots in your suit for artifacts found near anomalies in the zone. Some of these artifacts, like Spring, flytrap, strange water and stone blood, provide bonuses to your weight limit.
Use Hercules Pills
A temporary way to increase your carrying capacity is to use it Hercules pills. Hercules is a strength-enhancing drug that allows you to carry more weight for longer periods of time. As such, cracking one Hercules pill increases your maximum capacity by +20kg for 300 seconds (five minutes). Although quite rare, this consumable is perfect for when you need to carry extra loot during long missions in the zone.
Upgrade your device to reduce its weight
You can upgrade your armor for a more permanent increase in carrying capacity add 10% load capacity. While expensive, these upgrades improve your carry weight and make it easier to explore the zone without weighing you down too much.
While upgrading armor to increase payload is beneficial, another effective early game strategy is reduce the weight of individual items which you equipped. Many weapons and armor pieces can be modified to become lighter, allowing you to carry more without exceeding your weight limit. These upgrades are also cheaper compared to upgrading your entire armor for a carrying bonus.
