How to solve the Sub Rosa puzzle in Monument Valley 3

Sub Rosa has four parts (or unique puzzles) v Monument Valley 3. Here's how to quickly solve each of them.

Part 1: An Ancient Site

How to solve the first part of the sub rosa puzzle in monument valley 3.

The first part of Chapter 10 is about solving a complex puzzle involving giant white flowers and an ancient monument. The trick is this adjust the leaves of the flower to create a path which allows you to climb to the top of the building (which you can do with the monument-shaped pillar).

  • When you enter level 10, you will find Noor standing on a cliff in a rainy and foggy, mysterious environment. Simply press the floor button teleport to an ancient location. Once there, pull the pillar to the right with the three orange circles on it, causing a giant flower to bloom and spread its sky blue leaves in your path. Carefully position the sheets to connect the lower and upper platforms. Then cross the leaves and go through the door at the top.
  • From there you will be promoted to second building. Pull the pillar to the left fully to create another leaf trail and continue up. This time a flower thorn blocks your way. Rearrange the leaves to match the platform, climb the stairs, move the leaves and exit to the upper room to enter.

Note that you can only tune the leaves while standing on the giant flower stem (blue area); otherwise it won't work.

  • Eventually you will get to the last buildingwhere there are two giant flowers and adjusters. These flowers have spiky obstacles, so you'll have to play with their leaves a bit more. Start with the left flower that has the thorn and line up the bottommost leaves of both flowers to get to the right flower. Since the right flower also has a block, arrange its leaves in a semicircle, move to its stem, and then align the leaves of both flowers again. Move to the left flower, pull both flowers all the way up and use the circular path on the left flower to go over the stem. Follow the leaf path to the second flower and enter the door at the top.
