Pokemon PokopiaThe latest Wish Upon A Jirachi event is now live and through it players can unlock tons of new furniture for their world and invite Jirachi to move in permanently.
There will be an event start automatically on June 23, 2026 at 5:00 a.m. local time and continue until July 8 at 4:59 a.m. local time. The event requirement is to rebuild the Pokémon Center in the Withered Wasteland and complete all other important quests for the area.
Where to find Jirachi and start the event
As long as you have the Pokemon Center rebuilt, you should see Jirachi hovering in front of the Pokemon Center of the Withered Wasteland. If they are not there, double check that your game is up to date and that your time zone is not set incorrectly.
Speaking of which, you will also need an online connection to run the eventas Nintendo fixed the time jump loophole which players used to access event content early by adding this requirement.
If you complete the requirements once the event has already started, you'll need to move to another area or save and exit the game to refresh things and Jirachi will appear.
When you see Jirachi, go and talk to themand they'll tell you about something called Wish Notes, and more importantly, Sparkling Notes, which you'll be able to trade in at the Pokémon Center for various star-themed furniture for the duration of the event.
During this interview Jirachi will hand over the recipe for standard wish notesand inform you about it In order to turn them into Sparkling Wish Notes, you must give them to Pokemon before fulfilling their requests. Once their requests are complete, the wish note will activate and start to sparkle before they hand it back.
With Sparkling Wish Notes you can return to Jirachi at the Pokémon Center and purchase items from the small pop-up shopsome of which you will need for Jirachi's station. And that's pretty much it.
There is no special task to complete for Jirachi during this event, other than what was mentioned, as the main purpose of the event is to introduce Jirachi and give you access to the furniture. So sure buy everything while you can because everything in the store will be gone after the event ends.

How to get Sparkling Wish Notes
as mentioned you cannot create Sparkling Wish Notes, but you can create regular Wish Notes after talking to Jirachi. The the recipe will be listed on the Other tab of the crafting table and only requires Vines as a craft ingredient. Vines can be collected from the habitats of grass-type Pokemon or obtained by cutting hanging vines using the Cut ability.
Once you've made some wish notes, keep an eye out for any Pokemon that have a bubble above their head that indicates they need help or have a problem. Talk to them to hear their concerns and Ditto will automatically hand them a note asking them to keep it. Once you've completed the request, return to the Pokemon and they'll give you a Sparkling Wish Note.
Most of the requests will be simple tasks like adding a piece of furniture to their environment or cooking a specific meal, so you should be able to complete a few each day. in addition be sure to check each area for additional requirementsnot just the Withered Wasteland.
How to Build Jirachi's Station

Jirachi's station, which you will need to build to invite them to move in permanently after the event, can be built using some materials from the store.
Specifically, you will need the following items to create a Jirachi environment:
- 1x Bed with a starry sky
- 1x Cloud table
- 1x Star cabinet
- 1x Jirachi lamp (It must be supplied with electricity in order for the station to be registered)
Once you've built the Surrounded By Stars station, you'll need to wait until the event is over to invite Jirachi to move in.. Until then, you can find them inside the Pokémon Center plying their trade, day or night.

Keep that in mind everything in the shop costs one Sparkling Wish Notebut each time you buy a specific item, you will receive 10x Star Wall Decorations. in addition these items are not a one time purchaseso you can buy as many as you want until the end of the event.
