It is an unofficial organization that maintains the standards and rules of the game, and you will find that tournament organizers have a very local access to event hosting. You can find something in the game stores, but most will be hosted in local parks in your area – and are almost always free.

It may be intimidating to assimilate a new group of people, especially when many of them have met for a long time, but every Beyblade event I participated this year was filled with anything but friendly people who are enthusiastic to welcome new Bladers. There is a good combination of men, women, adults and children at events, and it's a great game for parents and children to play together. These local tournaments will last only a few hours and more invested players will bring all the arena you need, so you can just show up with a deck and have them torn.
