How to unlock the keyboard for Grand Market on Neely Street
After interacting with the keypad, exit the gate and turn right on Neely Street. Turn left and approach Neely's Bar on Sanders Street. Players who are interested in Silent Hill games with great combat will find a lean-to truck with a bed next to it. You can work with two notes to give you an idea of the code for the keyboard.
The person dead near the truck tried all the numbers from 0000 to 4439 and felt they were close to unlocking the door. The two enemies nearby will attack you when you approach the dead body, so it's best to deal with them first or quickly pick up the Memo and run for it.
