A diabolical transformation
The most basic power of Imu's Akuma no Mi is that it allows him to transform into the devil himself. While the actual classification of the Akuma no Mi is unknown, and it is also unclear if the fruit even has a classification, what is clear is that it allows it to transform and take on different forms. Imu's final transformation sees him take the form of the devil himself. This form sees him they grow two giant horns, have white hair and a rather dark skin tone.
Imu can also sprout giant black wings from its back and fly at breakneck speed. He also gains a giant naginata as a weapon with which he can easily destroy the vast majority of his enemies. This devilish transformation boosts Imu's powers to sky-high levels, so much so that he can even go toe-to-toe with the likes of Joy Boy and overpower him.

Domi Reversi
One of the most interesting abilities that Imu's Akuma no Mi grants him is the ability to use Domi Reversi. Domi Reversi in itself is a force to be reckoned with turn any of Ima's enemies into demonic slave soldiersbut the ways it works can vary. Domi Reversi can be used in two ways. By taking away some of the user's life and turning their body upside down, Imu can turn them into their demonic version. This gives them the power of immortality as well as regeneration. In addition, it also significantly increases their strength. This means that if they take lethal damage, they stop regenerating and simply revert to their original selves.
Another way to use Domi Reversi is for Imu to personally inject his own appendages into the user's body. This Domi Reversi seems to be much more powerful, while also not causing the target to regain all their power after dealing lethal damage. In either case, Imu can create an entire army of demonic slaves using the power of the Domi Reversi.

Akuma no Mi allows Imo to make various pacts with his loyal subordinates and they are called Covenants. So far there are three Covenants in one piece that he showed Imu and they are: the Shallow Sea Pact, the Abyssal Pact, and the Abyssal Pact.
Covenant Shallow Sea Covenant does not give the user much power and only allows them to instantly travel through the Abyss. With the Depths Covenant comes the powers of infinite regeneration, immortality, and superhuman strength, in exchange for Imu using them as a vessel from any distance. The Abyssal Covenant is the most powerful of all, granting all the powers of the Depths Covenant, plus an ageless body, as well as Yokai power. All of these contracts come from Imu's own abilities and allow him to greatly enhance the powers of all his subordinates and consolidate his control over the world.

Maki – Offensive
Nerona Imu has quite a few attack abilities that come directly from Akuma no Mi, and one of them is Maki. simply put, Maki is demonic energymuch like Haki is spiritual energy. Maki allows Imu to deal catastrophic damage to his enemies. In chapter 1180, Imu used Maki on Zoro, leaving him bloodied and badly injured with a light punch. He also used it on Hajrudin, knocking him out completely in the process, and was able to defeat Sanji with Maki's power relatively effortlessly later on in the turn.
Maki's offensive performance is absolutely incredible, and these black flames can burn and bombard anyone in seconds with almost no chance to block.

Maki – Power Buff
Maki can also be used as a power buff for Ima's own minions. As seen in the recent events of the Elbaf Arc, Imu can give his own Haki to the Holy Knights, creating a halo of black flames above their heads. With these black flames, the overall physical abilities of the Saint Knights are enhanced beyond all imagination.
For example, Sommers gains the ability to fly at breakneck speed by powering up Maki. The more Imu shares this power with others, the less Maki she has, but she also greatly strengthens her subordinates, making her one of Akuma no Mi's most versatile abilities.

Arms
In addition to utilizing various attack powers, Imu also has an arsenal of weapons that come with Akuma no Mi. As seen in Elbaf, Imu keeps countless powerful weapons in her grimoirewhich include shotguns, daggers and even rifles. Imu can even draw swords from this grimoire and it works almost as an unlimited weapon stash.
Some of the most powerful weapons that exist in the world of One Piece are present inside this grimoire, making Akuma no Mi incredibly versatile as a devil fruit. In the future, especially as the Great War and other battles in One Piece draw closer, Imu will unleash more powerful weapons and show off her incredible skills with their control.

A complete Zoan transformation
Akuma no Mi allows Imo to transform into a devil, but by standard Mythical Zoan logic, it also allows him to transform into his full devil form. This form was first teased in Chapter 1085 when Sabo finally came face to face with the Five Elders and Nero Imu. To consume Sab's flames, Imu took on his full devil transformation and opened his jaw widecompletely consumes the attack in the process.
This full Zoan form has not yet been revealed by Oda, but in the future, it is highly likely that Imu will demonstrate this power in the Final Saga. Obviously, Imu's Devil's Fruit offers abilities beyond human understanding and is the most versatile fruit that exists in the One Piece world, with powers that are simply immeasurable.
