Warlock is a very versatile class Diablo 4: Lord of Hatredgiving players the option to lean on their summons or use arcane spells to kill enemies. This made the Warlock one of the strongest Diablo 4 classes in the short time since Lord of Hatred launched. Among the top builds for Diablo 4 Warlocks in Season 13 is the one that basically allows players to play the game Pac Mantreat enemies like Pinky, Inky, Blinky, and Clyde, and summon wizards like Pac-Man with Power Pellet powers.
Pac-Man is a gaming icon known for munching on pellets and fruit as essentially a floating yellow head that turns into a nightmare for ghost enemies once he acquires a Power Pellet. Diablo 4 recreates that feeling with the Blazing Scream skill on the Warlock, which allows the class to summon a flaming skull that flies forward, bounces across the screen, and chews up enemies it hits. With proper setup this Diablo 4 The build can terrorize Mephisto's forces in the Skovos region while giving players the feeling of transporting Pac-Man directly to Sanctuary.

Diablo 4: Lord of Hatred players should invest in this war plans activity as soon as possible
When Diablo 4: Lord of Hatred players reach the endgame and unlock the war plans, there's an activity that should be first on their list.
Blazing Scream Warlocks can spam fiery demon heads like Pac-Man
While building Warlock v Diablo 4: Lord of Hatredplayers will need to consider several key factors, including which of Warlock's four soul shards to invest in. These soul shards can have quite a large effect on how a Warlock plays, allowing them to summon a larger demon, each with different abilities. For this build, Diablo 4 players will want to invest in the Ritualist Shard as it provides access to Valloch and boosts the Hellfire skills that make Blazing Scream such a fun build for Warlocks.

The best skills to use to build a blazing Scream Warlock
-
Flaming scream

Command Fallen

Sigil of Subversion

Apocalypse
The centerpiece of this build is Blazing Scream, a Hellfire Core skill that sends out a fiery demonic skull that deals 130% damage to enemies it hits. With the Skull Splitter upgrade via the new Lord of Hatred skill tree update, Blazing Scream will also spawn smaller Lesser Demon skulls that seek out enemies. This puts the skill in the unique position of being both a lesser and greater demon skill, which opens the door to some interesting synergies.
Command Fallen is the core skill of this build due to its excellent rage generation capabilities. Given how much Wrath the Warlock spends to cast Blazing Scream, having Command Fallen to replenish that resource will be critical to the success of this build. As such, the Wrath upgrade for the Warlock's Command Fallen summon skill is ideal.
The Dominance upgrade is also perfect for Command Fallen, as the Warlock will need Dominance to cast Tortured Wretch.
Tortured Wretch and Dark Prison are both great options for trapping enemies so Blazing Scream can take them out. Tortured Wretch summons a demon that taunts enemies and forces them to attack him for 5 seconds, damaging them, while Dark Prison creates a totem that binds enemies together and prevents them from escaping. Both of these skills are ideal for crowd control Diablo 4 enemies and keep them within range of Blazing Scream, allowing him to hit them multiple times as he bounces around the screen.
Sigil of Subversion creates a ritual that enchants enemies within it, and killing 8 enemies or demons within the ritual sends out shadow trails that grant the Warlock one stack of Shadowform. With the Seekers upgrade, Sigil of Subversion can aid in walling off enemies by teleporting them back to the ritual location when they first come into contact with the shadow trail.
Apocalypse is the ultimate skill Diablo 4 Warlocks will want to use on this deck as they can deal massive Hellfire damage over a large area, which synergizes well with the rest of this deck's playstyle. The survivor damage buff is particularly useful as it increases the damage of enemies that survive Apocalypse by 100% for two seconds, and by 200% more if they are captured. This helps Blazing Scream easily finish all the survivors of this Ultimate.

The first is Elegy, a unique one-handed sword that gives Blazing Scream the Skull Splitter a free upgrade and increases its damage by 20-30%, allowing players to invest in another basic skill upgrade. Additionally, players will want Bindings of Attrition Unique Pants to buff their Dark Prison skill by resetting its cooldown in exchange for 48% of the Warlock's maximum health, in addition to a 20-30% damage reduction while Dark Prison is active.

The Eightfold Idol Unique Ring is the final essential unique for this build, allowing Blazing Scream to leave behind a Sigil of Subversion shadow trail. Also adds 160-200% damage to Sigil of Subversion. This unique effect causes the Sigil of Subversion to teleport Diablo 4 enemies that touch the shadow trail back to the ritual location will become even more effective as it will have more chances to activate.
The two best legendary aspects to include in this Warlock build are Aspect of Ritual Synthesis and Cremator's Aspect. Aspect of Ritual Synthesis does this by casting Hellfire giving Occult Skills a 30-50% cooldown reduction for 3 seconds, allowing Blazing Scream to reduce the cooldowns of skills like Sigil of Subversion, Dark Prison, and Apocalypse when cast. Cremator's Aspect is the main reason Ritualist Shard and Valloch are needed for this build, as this Legendary Aspect increases Fire Skills damage by 70-100% when the player has 4 or more Overpower stacks. As Valloch grants the Warlock more stacks of Overpower, it also increases the power of Blazing Scream and Apocalypse, creating a brutal Hellfire combo.
