Elbaf will show off many interesting Devil Fruits. Here is the latest Oda Devil Fruit introduced in One Piece.
The character was finally introduced to fans at the end of the chapter and it was unclear why he was there in the first place. However, One Piece chapter 1135 sees to it that the reason for their visit is explained, and it's safe to say that things are heating up even more in this land of giants.
Shanks' twin arrives in Elbaf
-
Shanks Twin made his appearance in one piece in 1134
-
He is accompanied by a bandaged woman
Shanks' twin was first teased in the story v One piece chapter 907. That's when fans saw Shanks' twin meet the Elder Five. Of course, since the character's existence was still a secret, fans didn't know that this person was actually Shanks' twin. At the time, every fan of the story simply assumed that this person was none other than Shanks himself. However, One Piece chapter 1134 finally explained the fact that this character was not and could not be Shanks. As fans know, Shanks recently left Elbaf and is currently sailing the seas with the Red Hair Pirates. He recently punished Bartolomeo and has since been seen sailing to an unknown location. Thus, the person who was born in Elbaf using the summoning ring was a completely different person with a face similar to that of Shanks. As fans know, this person is most definitely Shanks' twin, and with him is a mysterious bandaged woman whose identity remains unknown at this time.
I want to talk about a certain pirate! – Shanks' twin
Towards the end of One Piece chapter 1134, fans saw a massive bolt of black lightning strike the castle towards the village of Western Elbaf. Inside the castle, a massive summoning circle formed on the floor and flames shot out from it. Two individuals have appeared, and as fans know, this summoning circle is the work of someone from the World Government. This is the same summoning circle that was used by the Five Elders in the Egghead Arc, essentially confirming that this Shanks twin is most definitely a member of the Holy Knights. Unfortunately, fans didn't see why this individual was in Elbaf in the previous chapter, so all the attention was given to One Piece chapter 1135.
Shanks' twin wants to get to Loki
The target may be the legendary Elbaf Devil Fruit
Fans have been wondering why Shanks' twin was in Elbaf for the past week, and now Oda has given them the answer. It was clear that the duo that had emerged from the summoning circle in Elbaf were looking for Loki. This was clearly stated in One piece chapter 1135 when two giants guarding a castle in the village of Elbaf encountered cloaked individuals. Naturally, they asked individuals about their businesses and whether they were in any way connected to the Straw Hat Pirates. To this the individuals replied that they were looking for someone named Loki because they had business with him.
I am the Sun God who will destroy the world! – Loki
Of course, as fans already know, Loki is tied up for the crime of killing his own father, and there's absolutely no way the Giants of Elbaf are going to give away his location that easily. But Shanks' twin brother and the mysterious bound woman didn't like the answer they got. He continued to punish the giant and tries to force a response from him, meaning that they would soon have Loki's location and potentially meet him soon.
It begs the question of what Shanks' twin could have with Loki. At this point, fans can't say for sure. They know Loki has a special bounty on his head unlike any other One piece. It is also made clear in the story that Loki has a special devil fruit that has been passed down from one generation to the next on Elba. Loki consumed the Devil Fruit about 6 years ago and has retained his power ever since. Perhaps this Devil Fruit is what the Holy Knights and by extension the World Government are looking for, which could be why they were sent to this country. However, this begs the question of why the World Government didn't try to find this Devil Fruit sooner.

Colon's father is a huge mystery right now. His father could be a former member of Roger's crew in One Piece.
The World Government could have obtained this Devil Fruit much more easily, assuming they faced no opposition from Luffy at all. Of course, there will definitely be a reason why they chose this time to attack Elbaf, and that will be revealed soon in the story.
Will Loki fight Shanks' twin?
Loki will soon be seen in battle
At this point, a battle between Loki and the Holy Knights of the World Government seems inevitable. The Holy Knights will next meet Loki in the underworld, and this is where fans will learn a lot about him. For one, something that has been emphasized over and over again in One Piece is the fact that Loki killed his father. Everyone seems to be claiming this information as fact, which, if fans are familiar with Od's style, should make them question whether or not this actually happened.
It is entirely possible that Loki was accused of murdering King Harald and that the murder was committed by someone else entirely. If fans remember, Loki recently called Shanks a spineless pirate, and that could very well relate to this situation. If the one who actually murdered Loki's father, King Harald, was Shanks' twin brother, then perhaps that explains why Loki has a low opinion of him and why he doesn't like him. Loki could have been constructed after consuming a devil fruit to protect him from the holy knights, but the giants could potentially see this as a sign that he had murdered his own father.
This could also explain why Shanks sought out Loki earlier when he visited earth. Perhaps Shanks wanted to set the record straight and tell Loki that he had nothing to do with King Harald's death and that the person responsible was actually his brother. This development is going to be incredibly exciting in Elbaf, and fans know that eventually Shanks' twin will come face-to-face with Loki for a big battle. Things couldn't be more exciting in the Elbaf Arc One pieceand hopefully Oda will pick up the pace from here and deliver even more exciting chapters.
