Key things
- Robin's new power, Demonio Fleurs, shown off in the Wano arc, turns her into a giant with dark wings and horns.
- Pushing Robin to her limits, Demonio Fleurs effortlessly defeats Black Maria by breaking her back.
- Robin's Demonio Fleurs is not a Haki or fruit awakening, but a new level of control of her Hana Hana no Mi.
One piece is no stranger to power-ups, as every major character in the story has undergone a power-up in one way or another, making them as powerful as they are in the current setting. Whether it's Luffy transforming into Niku with Gear 5, Zoro channeling the King of Hell with Asura, or even Sanji reaching his full potential with his genetic enhancements, all of the Straw Hats are much stronger than they were in the beginning.
Robin is no exception to this. Like many of the crew, she realized her true potential during the events of the Wano arc, where she awakened an incredible and terrifying new power that truly pushed her abilities beyond their limits, which she called the Demonio Fleurs. This was one of Robin's best moments of all One pieceso let's break down how this mysterious power even works.

Robin debuted very early in the series as a villain named Miss All Sunday. However, she eventually joined the Straw Hats as the crew's archaeologist and later became one of the world's foremost experts on the Century of the Void. Despite being the smartest character in the crew, Robin is no obstacle in combat as he wields his Hana Hana no Mi Devil Fruit; a type of Paramecia that allows her to sprout many different limbs and body parts from seemingly anywhere.
There is nothing like being born into the world to be alone.
Robin's use of this devil fruit is extremely versatile as she uses its flowering/sprouting abilities to her advantage, which can range from subduing people by sprouting arms and hands from their own bodies to sprouting dozens of arms from her back that can be used as wings. which allow it to slide. The size of what he can sprout is also a variable he can change, as seen when he uses his Gigantesco Mano ability to create a giant version of himself with a variety of cool abilities.

During the Wano arc, Sanji eventually found himself inside the brothels of one of Kaido's strongest, Tobiroppo; Black Maria. Despite the villain causing him an incredible amount of damage, Sanji did not reciprocate due to his rule of never harming a woman, forcing him to call out to Robin for help. Heeding his pleas, she entered the battle, allowing Sanji to escape the villain's clutches.
Additionally, Robin felt honored that someone as powerful as Sanji, who she respected immensely, would rely on her for help, which motivated her greatly in battle. At first, Robin's powers didn't do much for Black Maria, who even mocked her Devil Fruit powers by calling them useless in the situation. That was until Robin revealed her Demonio Fleurs power.
This appeared to be the strongest version of her Gigantesco Mano ability, where she created a giant version of herself that far eclipsed even Black Maria in size. However, this was different than before as Robin's skin took on a deep red hue, horns seemed to grow on her head, vampire fangs in her mouth, and massive black wings on her back, making her look like a devil. With barely any effort, Robin was able to completely defeat Black Maria by breaking her back and subsequently horrifying her subordinates as well.
Now, contrary to popular belief, this ability was not a demonstration of Robin using any form of haki, as that would no doubt be confirmed at some point. Instead, it was Robin who took full advantage of Hana Hana no Mi, turning herself into a giant and growing different body parts to mimic horns and wings, as the ability to form wings using her limb sprouting abilities was demonstrated. before.
You don't need to know what it means that Sanji relied on me for help!
Additionally, Robin still showed great control over her Devil Fruit abilities, despite pushing her limits in her Demonio Fleurs state, as she was able to stick out multiple limbs to hold Black Maria in place while she broke the villain's back. Although the form was not Robin using Haki or even the awakened state of her fruit, her Demonio Fleurs remains one of the best abilities in One piece and is incredibly strong.
