Unfortunately, Star field The DLC release had a few hiccups.

At that point they will have to gravity jump into a system that is currently not using any story or event development. This will set the story of the DLC in motion.
The problem is that the Lookup Failed error prevents players from running Shattered Space. One Reddit post by Mk18mitch, who noticed the Pure Xbox, illustrated the situation. Arriving at what is believed to be Va'ruun'kai, they are instead met with a red and green planet with the words “Planet starting material. No exchange occurred” plastered on its front. The system information on the side of the screen says “Lookup Failed”, meaning that the Reddit user will not be able to travel to the planet and continue the DLC until the issue is resolved. Other players were unable to run the DLC at all, probably due to an unrelated “Search failed” error.
