IN Roblox'with Animal Hospital (Anomaly)you will need to carefully monitor the patients who come in to see if this is an anomaly. There are several different methods you can use to distinguish between normal animals and anomalies, but sometimes you can accidentally let one escape, which can end up losing your sanity, or worse, a patient at the clinic.

All patient anomalies in Roblox's Animal Hospital
Head Banger
Sometimes the wide-eyed “patient” starts banging his head against the glass. Try not to go up to them and ask them to leave or you'll freak out and lose 20 sanity. Instead, bring the NPC coffeeand they will leave without causing you to lose your mind. In order not to completely waste a fresh pot of coffee, take two sips and use the third to “headbutt.“
Eventually the banger will break the glass and then go away on its own if you don't approach it. Breaking the glass will not affect the game, but it will prevent the return of the headshot.
Jerky movements
Some patients come to the counter and start right away they jerked their hands or twisted their necks in strange ways. Once you notice something unusual, go ahead and hit that red shutter button to make the guest leave. Make sure you open the shutters to allow the next potential patient to enter.
Indie games that became huge hits
Although most of them have met with only modest success, some indie games have gone down in video game history by becoming must-have titles.
Drawn on a face/smile
If you spot a potential patient with badly drawn eyes or a mouth with a creepy smile, there's a good chance it's an anomaly.
Blurred photo
If you look at a photo of a patient and the image is a bit blurry, you have another anomaly on your hands.
Sometimes looking at a photo of an anomaly can cause you to lose your mind. Because of this, be sure to look at the photo on the table after it's developed instead of picking it up.
Sunken eyes
If you see any NPCs with weird, sunken eyes, pull the trigger or taser them.
Human teeth
If you see a potential patient with scary looking human teeth and big eyes, send them away!
Black bar on camera
Even if the patient appears normal, always check security cameras. Sometimes you may see a strange black streak across the patient's face that reveals an anomaly. You may also notice differences from the camera NPC version, such as different ears – if you notice a discrepancy, it's more than likely an anomaly.
