When one of the fourteen angel skills, Haniel, evolved through replicating the mechanics of another angel skill known as Astarte, the ultimate skill Hamiel was born. Nothing is known about Hamiel at this time.
Still, as a pre-evolution form of the Haniel skill, the user is provided with a balanced combination of offensive and defensive abilities, including the ability to see through enemy attacks, change the impact of an elemental attribute from disadvantage to advantage, and balance the power of attacks by switching to defensive abilities and vice versa. As an eternal energy generator, the collision process constantly replenishes the user, allowing him to fight endlessly no matter how recklessly he does so. Particles stop moving when time stops, so the ability to sustain a process that requires such particles to move is what makes Satanael a particularly incredible Ultimate Skill.

The ultimate variant of what used to be Gluttony, Beelzebuth is easily one of the most powerful and significant Rimuru skills in their arsenal. Acting like a black hole, Beelzebuth absorbs the target with impunity, as the Predation subskill allows Rimuru to devour objects, living creatures, and more; while Imaginary Space gives the user freedom in an infinitely large realm of imaginary space.
It is powerful for its ruthless manipulation of infinity through various means, and when used by Rimuru, it is shown to have the ability to house beings as powerful as Veldora herself.

Raphael
The final evolution of the unique sage skill that Rimuru gained when reincarnated into the central world, Raphael is a powerful ability that acted as a wise advisor and “system administrator” throughout Rimuru's journey. She provided Rimuru with vital information about the world around them, helped them develop skills, and is a major part of why Rimuru became the most powerful Slime in all of history.
It was one of the fourteen angelic skills spawned by the creator god That time I was reincarnated as slime universe, Veldanava, and was actually a skill created to manage other skills. As such, one of its main sub-skills is a change that allows the user to change skill properties. The reason it ranks so high is because of Analytical Assessment, a sub-skill that allows Rimuru to gather so much information from the world around him.

One of the fourteen Demonic Skills, Azazel is a combination of Diablo's Tempter and Seeker unique skills to create a terrifyingly powerful Ultimate Skill. In addition to gaining various top level sub-skills like the Demon Lord's Haki; which exerts powerful spiritual pressure on those near the source of the aura, the ability to think several or hundreds of times faster than normal, and the ability to manipulate space-time at will.
Diablo's most powerful ability is of course the world of temptation; an imaginary world where he has absolute authority and only those with a will beyond even a primordial demon like him can escape. At its worst, Azazel's Temptation World can seal or steal the target's abilities, including Ultimate Skills, meaning Azazel can destroy extremely powerful enemies.

In addition to copying skills, Nodens allows Guy to create them, create infinite worlds in imaginary spaces, and even teleport around the world, an ability that allows the user to go anywhere just by thinking about it; and alternate worlds.

Michael
Michael is considered the most powerful Ultimate Skill and is one of the fourteen Angelic Skills created by Veldanava. It is defined as an authority over free will that allows the user to control others, take their knowledge, abilities and skills, and a host of other insane feats. Its sub-skills include Armageddon, which allows the user to summon an army of angels, the Castle Guard; an impenetrable barrier fueled by the loyalty of the ruler's subjects. Ultimate Dominion allows the owner of Michael to exercise absolute control over the holder of any angelic skill, allowing them to freely use or duplicate their abilities.
It's also worth noting that the Supreme Skill had its own ego, one that eventually possessed Rudra's body and went on to copy the skills and spells of the likes of Agni, Astarte, Azrael, Haniel, Mammon, Metatron, Sandalphon, and several others. When Veldanava gave up his omnipotence through the release of his Ultiamte Skills, Michael is the only one he didn't reveal because it was too powerful to entrust to anyone else.
