The new anti-tank emplacement is insanely good against automatons. It provides players with an alternative strategy FAF-14 lancewhere they could potentially destroy all, if not most, of the Automaton Fabricators and Stratagem Jammers on the map by finding a high vantage point on every enemy structure in range.
Find a place for an anti-tank position with a clear view, man the turret and start taking out armored targets at long range. Any explosive round damage lies between Commando ML5-4X and GR-8 recoilless rifle. With a 30 shot capacity, make sure you target armored targets or structures instead of light enemies.
- One shot is all it takes to destroy an Illuminate dropship using the underbelly porthole circular door.
- Automaton dropships have two shots in their engines.
- Chargers go down in one shot as well.
- Any other heavy projectiles will hit the head or weak points twice.
