GTA Online: Best Nightclub Spots
GTA Online gives players the ability to own nightclubs; however, which places are the best for profitable nightclub management?
Ever since Rockstar made changes to the nightclub business in 2022, it has become one of the best businesses in gaming. Getting all the bells and whistles needed to print money in a nightclub requires a bit of an investment, as there are several necessary upgrades. Below is a list of the best nightclub upgrades.
5 Hiring new DJs
Huge time saver in the early stage of the nightclub
- Costs: $100,000 for each additional DJ (there are 3 more). But you don't have to hire all 3. After the first reservation, there is only their fee $10,000 since.
- Advantages: Saves time in increasing the popularity of your nightclub, as changing DJs is faster than promo missions.
Once players own a nightclub, money is earned at the location every 48 minutes, a full day GTA Online. The amount of money earned each day depends on the popularity of the nightclub. The popularity of a nightclub is represented by a meter in the lower right corner of the screen when players are inside their nightclub.
If the bar is full, players earn $50,000 from the nightclub every dayand this money is deposited in a safe. The safe can hold a maximum of $250,000, so it is important that players withdraw money frequently.
One way to keep the popularity high is to rotate the DJs playing in the club. This is done using a computer system in a nightclub or arcade. There are four DJs and it will cost $100,000 to hire the first DJ. After hiring a DJ for the first time, it will only cost $10,000 to book him again.
It is a good practice to book a new DJ every third day when the money is taken from the safe, as it takes 3 days in-game for the maximum $50,000 to be reduced. There are also mission-based methods to increase the popularity of a nightclub, but this will cost the player time instead of money.
4 Staff upgrade
This keeps the nightclub popular longer
- Costs: A $475,000 one-time costs
- Advantages: Reduces the daily popularity loss of the nightclub
There are a number of upgrades that can be purchased in a nightclub computer system. One of them is the staff upgrade. By purchasing this, you will reduce the venue's daily popularity loss, so the popularity bar will drop more slowly.
This upgrade implants bouncers in the nightclub to keep an eye out for troublesome party goers. When the bouncer spots someone who is troublesome, he alerts the player when he arrives at the nightclub. The player must then find and remove the troublemaker to increase the popularity bar. Other times, the player may need to drive the VIP client home, which is usually a short drive. The VIP ride home is a decent time filler when you're bored. These tasks ensure that the nightclub's popularity never wavers, keeps the daily income high, and unlike booking DJs, costs no money after purchasing the initial upgrade.
Bonus tip: you can go into passive mode before entering your nightclub to ensure you get a challenge to kick out troublemakers, which is always faster than a VIP ride or a DJ change.
3 Storage space
Allows players to fill nightclub warehouses with products for sale
- Costs: Approx $457,300 for each storage layer
- Advantages: Allows technicians to store more products in the nightclub warehouse for the player to sell
There are two ways to earn income from a nightclub GTA Online. One is from the actual club side of the property and the other is from selling products in the nightclub warehouse. When purchasing a nightclub for the first time, players will be presented with a list of upgrades they can pre-purchase. One of the most important improvements is the expansion of storage space.
First, additional storage units are completely optional to purchase and can be purchased after the nightclub is already up and running. But the important thing to know is that more storage units improve the passive income potential of a nightclub.
The more storage that is bought, the more product the techs can hide before the players sell it. Simply put, more storage increases a player's payout potential.
The computer in the nightclub shows the current price of the product in stock, and whenever the value is at the desired amount, the player can start a sales mission to deliver the product to the buyer.
Bonus tip: Ask a friend to help you with a sales mission so they can stop the griefers from blowing up your cargo.
2 Hiring technicians
Technicians obtain products that can be hidden in the nightclub for players to sell
- Costs: Moves between 141 thousand dollars and 312 thousand dollars for each of the technicians
- Advantages: They get one of seven types of products to store. These can be sold later at a huge profit.
Technicians are a key part of making money from nightclub storage. These technicians act as agents who deliver certain types of goods. These goods are then stored in the player's nightclub warehouse until the maximum capacity of the space is reached. Players can then sell this product at any time and earn a large amount of money.
There are 5 technicians, but the player receives one for free when purchasing a nightclub. Each of them specializes in the delivery of certain categories of goods. Each technician costs a different amount to hire, ranging between $141,000 and $312,000, but once hired and assigned, no interaction with them is required.
The catch is that in order for a technician to be assigned to a product, the player must first own another business associated with that product. For example, if a player wants to commission his technician to supply Printing & Copying to a Nightclub storage, the player must first own the Document Forgery business, which is related to the Motorcycle Club.
It sounds daunting, but once players establish other businesses, nightclub storage has the potential to make millions with minimal effort. It's not mandatory to have every product in your nightclub's storage area, but the more you have, the more money you'll be sitting on. Many players don't even need to sell products in the original MC businesses anymore once the nightclub repository starts printing money.
Below is a breakdown of businesses that are required to stock certain products in a nightclub. Those that make the most money per hour are in bold. The following are strongly recommended to increase profit:
- Sporting Goods = Bunker Needed (7500 per hour)
- Import from South America = Needs wheel locking (13,500 per hour)
- Pharmaceutical Research = Need Meth Lab (11,500 per hour)
- Organic Products = Weed Farm Needed (6075 per hour)
- Printing and copying = Need document forgery (5400 per hour)
- Cash Creation = Counterfeit Cash Needed (9450 per hour)
1 Equipment upgrade
An expensive upgrade that pays off in the long run
- Costs: Stunning $1,425,000
- Advantages: Technicians will fill the warehouse faster than before
Once players have storage and techs in place, the most important upgrade will be gear upgrades. You can find the Equipment Upgrade back on the company computer, right above the Personnel Upgrade.
The equipment upgrade costs a whopping $1,425,000. As they say, you have to spend money to make money. This upgrade increases the productivity of your warehouse technicians and allows them to acquire goods even faster.
Those who plan to play GTA Online in the long run, they will find that this upgrade pays off as it saves valuable time in the long run. Most players won't sell their inventory until they cross the $1 million mark, and this upgrade will make that happen faster than usual.
