Fans who are asked to participate in the survey can vote on which skins they would most like to join Overwatch 2's shop, though there's no guarantee that any of the skins will actually make it into the full game, so fans should keep that in mind before getting too excited about any of the concepts on display.

There is precedent for Overwatch 2 research skins to get to the final game, however.
