The player ignores the police to play ARC Raiders

The player who called the police on them ignored the officers to return to their game ARC Raiders. Interestingly, the obsession ARC Raiders was one of the reasons the cops were called.

Although ARC Raiders was extremely popular upon release, the title has seen a steady decline in active players in recent months. on Steam, ARC Raiders reached an incredible player peak of just under 482,000 people playing the game concurrently, and at the beginning of the year ARC Raiders sold a total of 12 million. While some players have moved on or split their time with each other ARC Raiders and other games, at least one player seems to be extremely devoted to the game.

Not much else has been said about the incident at this time, but the man has been charged with harassment. It is likely that any details surrounding the incident will remain hush-hush until a court date arrives. As the victim of the incident claimed the player was an addict and subsequently reinforced that notion by ignoring the police to return to the game ARC Raidersit may not turn out well for him.

It's not the first time the police have been called when someone was playing games, with some of the most high-profile cases involving streamers. However, it is also not the first time that an ARC Raiders the player had the police called and fortunately this case did not involve domestic violence or prank. One player who was staying at the motel found the police at their door because a neighbor heard them yelling that they had been shot. They apparently called the police out of concern for their health, not knowing that the only shots fired were in a video game.

In another instance, an older player chose to completely ignore the police when they were called to do a social security check. The check-in program the 91-year-old man signed up for did not hear from the woman, leading them to believe she was injured or otherwise incapacitated. Police arrived and got no answer at the door, further raising concerns, but it turned out the woman was fine. She simply ignored the phone and the knocking on the door because she was having too much fun playing video games.
