1 Melian
Wife of King Thingol And Mother of Luthien

Of all the notable figures in Middle-earth, Melian is one of the few that has not yet appeared in any film adaptations. Melian, a Maiar on par with the wizards who would follow in her footsteps, chose a different life after arriving in Middle-earth. The Vala she served was Yavanna, and when she met Prince Elwe, who eventually became King Thingol, she assumed the mortal form of his queen.
Not only did Melian protect her husband's kingdom with her power, but she also mentored the young Galadriel, who would use the same magic to protect her realm of Lothlorien. Melain and Thingo had one child, a girl named Luthien, who was to challenge her mother when it came to heroic deeds.
2 Luthien
He defeated Morgoth and saved the Silmaril

The story of Beren and Luthien takes place eons before the War of the Ring, but the legend still rings true in the Third Age. In the scene in lord of the rings Aragorn sings a song called “The Ley of Luthien” and explains the basic plot to Frodo, which includes the main character becoming mortal and dying.

3 Galadriel

Galadriel is one of the highest profile characters lord of the ringsand her importance to the overall story cannot be understated. Her story begins in Valinor, her birthplace, but eventually travels to Middle-earth, where she was first a guest of Melain and Thingol before establishing her own kingdom.
Galadriel learned most of her magic and wisdom from her family of Noldor elves, along with Melain Maiar, one of her closest friends and mentors in Middle-earth. Passing her knowledge on to her granddaughter Arwen, she was an essential protector and guide to the Fellowship of the Ring.
4 Eowyn
The shield lady who killed the Nazgul

Calling herself the Shield Maiden of Rohan, she has more than proven herself worthy of the title as a soldier and warrior. Eowyn and her brother Eomer were the only thing standing between Saruman seizing complete control of King Theoden when Aragorn appeared in Edoras and following their army into battle on the Pelennor Fields.

5 Arwen
Luthien Reborn

A love story between Arwen and Aragorn is meant to be an echo of the ancient legend of Berent and Luthien, partly because Arwen ultimately chooses to live as a mortal like her ancestor. She had spent most of her life in Lothlorien after her mother returned to Valinor, and would have learned the arts of magic and craft from both sides of her family.
Arwen was also mentored and trained by Galadriel, who was a descendant of Noldor royalty and taught by Melian Maiar. The powers she would have are much better described in the movies, and although her powers are discussed in the books, she never gets to use them.
6 Belladonna took
A famous name in the region

Belladonna took she is the mother of Bilbo Baggins and appears only through secondhand accounts The Hobbit and genealogical tables in LotR Appendices. By her last name, it is obvious that Bilbo and Frodo are related to Pippin, who also comes from the Took family. Gandalf seems to think that her influence on him makes Bilbo Baggins an adventurer.
Belladonna's wealthy family and her marriage to Bungo the Bagman, which brought in some of the local money, made them the power couple of the Shire. Together they built the local community and built one of the largest and most luxurious houses in Bag End, the neighborhood that eventually took their name.
7 Elanor Gamgee
He inherited Sam's courage and his social status

Eldest daughter of Samwise Gamgee and Rosie Cotton, she was also known as Elanor the Fair. Some examples of titles she has held include Keeper of the Red Book of Westmarch, Lady of Honor to Queen Arwen, and wife of Fastred of Greenholm.
Elanor was often compared to an elf instead of a Hobbit because of her golden hair. She was a powerful and influential figure not only in her home of the Shire, but also in the court of King Elessar and the Wardens of Westmarch. They were the knights and nobles who were tasked with guarding the Shire after Sam Gamgee left for the Deathlands, and Elanor's husband Fastred was the first.
