Debut in late 2024, Dragon Ball DAIMA is the latest work of Akira Toriyama Dragon Ball franchise and the last new series the hugely influential mangaka worked on before she passed away earlier this year. The story takes place in the immediate aftermath of the Majin Buu saga from Dragon Ball Z and sees Shenron turning Goku and his friends into freshmen as per the wishes of Gomah: the new king of the Demon Realm.
