Where to find everyone for All Aboard Quest in Fantasian Neo Dimension

Like any proper RPG, you need a means of traveling the world a little faster than your feet. Although not unlocked until Act 2, it comes in the form of Uzra in Fantasian Neo Dimension. Previously docked a ship, now you can pilot it.

Fantasian Neo Dimension challenged me more than any Final Fantasy game in years

Fantasian Neo Dimension seems to be a challenge, especially for those of us who are completely new to it.

And when Uzra hits Sandsea again, everyone suddenly wants to board it and go on an adventure around the world. Be sure to accommodate them as they are more than generous with what they offer. You just have to find them first.

How to start an All Aboard Quest

After Act 2 begins, you can do whatever you want. Although the areas available are fairly limited for Leo, you'll want to first go to Uzra. After a brief mistake that almost sinks the ship, Leo is the temporary captain of the Uzra and now he can pilot it freely around the world.

To pick up the All Aboard quest, your first stop as a newly minted captain should be the port of Vence. Once you anchor the ship, there will be a man standing right next to all those Mechteria chests. Talk to him to hear again his joy at sailing the Uzra and how he wishes to be a passenger on this new journey.

Unable to deny him how dangerous it is, Leo agrees to let him aboard and even he agrees to find many of his friends around the world to join him. Thus begins a world-wide adventure to find somewhat eccentric passengers.

Where to find everyone who wants to join Uzra

Well, the man sounds like he's on a globe-trotting adventure, but he doesn't really have that many friends to talk to, and they're all pretty close to each other. After picking up the quest head to the city of Vence find the following new passengers:

Go south from the City Hall in Central Vence until you reach the waterways, then go to the east where the Gondola is. There will be a potential passenger for you to talk to.
Head to Western Vence and right by the barrels next to Sid's bar will be our next passenger.

That's everyone interested in Vence aboard the Uzra, so we head to the Vibran Royal Capital next. specifically all our potential travelers are in the city center rather than the Outskirt or Shopping District. Of course, no one as rich and special as these travelers would be poor, right?

These passengers can be found in any order you wantand you don't have to start in Vence.

In the city center you can check:

Down the stairs right next to Leo's house will be the next passenger you can talk to.
Head south of her and go down the stairs to find another passenger standing to the right in front of the inn on the lower floor.
Our last passenger is standing off the bottom floor of the apartment complexjust before the arch that leads to the small square.

With all five of our cruise-loving friends on board, we are immediately brought to Uzra to see to the end of our quest. Because apparently Leo has nothing better to do.

Reward for bringing everyone to Uzra

Leo will receive Smoky Quartz, Citrine Quartz, and Moss Quartz as a reward for the All Aboard quest in Fantasian Neo Dimension.

After being brought to Uzra, you're greeted by a sweeping view of a hall containing all the travelers you've recruited and their large number of friends, happily dancing in Uzra. Once such an individual approaches Leo and thanks him for bringing all these people on board.

He gives Leo one each as a thank you Smoky Quartz, Citrine Quartz and Moss Quartz. Respectively, these jewels grant immunity to mist, sleep, and seal status effects. At least all the time he could have spent saving your companions wasn't wasted after all.
