Whose leak is this? is an anomaly of the commission v NTE: Neverness to Everness which takes the player to a building that has been taken over by a mysterious black goose.

Finding the source of black goo and preventing its further spread is the goal of this commission, but completing it can be a bit confusing and scary.

Find the building with the anomaly.
Enter the elevator and press 7F/9F.
Go to the end of the corridor and fix the switch on the right wall.
Return to the elevator and press the elevator button.
Force Start the elevator when it gets stuck.
Go to the end of the corridor and answer the call on the ringing phone.
Return to the elevator and press the elevator button.
Force Start the elevator twice to get it moving.
Enter the corridor and pick up the three elevator buttons from the ground.
Return to the elevator and press any button.
Force Start the elevator when it gets stuck.
When the door opens, press the elevator button again.
Avoid the black spikes inside the elevator by dodging left or right.
Interact with the black mirror in the bathroom and press “Tighten the Faucet”.
Return to the elevator and press 1F to return to the real world.

Path “Whose leak is this?” in the Anomaly Commission menu (lower right corner of the map) in the Miguel District section.

Follow the quest marker to the apartment building and enter the double glass doors.

Go to lift at the far end of the floor and press “7F/9F” button on the elevator panel on the right side.

Once the elevator doors open, enter the corridor, walk to the end and interact with him cabinet on the right wall when “Fix Switch” prompt will appear.

Return to the elevator and press “%2F**” or “*3^F*” on the numbered panel on the right.

The elevator doors get stuck when they reach their destination. Approach them and choose “Force launch” a call to open them.

Enter the corridor, walk to the far end and interact with phone when it starts ringing.

Return to the elevator and press “!!8F^v^!!!” or “??10^///F” button on the panel. Keep facing the door and that “Force launch” appears. Press it, wait for it to return, then press it again.

When the elevator descends to the lower level, face the door and press to open it once more “Force launch” again. After a short delay, a black slurry emerges from the back of the elevator and seeps through the front door into the hallway.

Enter the corridor and interact with the broken ones elevator buttons on the ground to collect them while avoiding the black spots.

Return to the elevator, face the numbered panel and press any button. The displayed numbers will be displayed “*11111111**”, “100101111” and “*11111*.” They all lead to the same goal.

Press repeatedly “Force launch” on the elevator doors to force them shut before the flood of black mud arrived.

The door opens to reveal a dark hallway with two black spots right in front of the door. Do not go out into the corridor. Just press the elevator button again.

When the elevator closes, a mass of black goo will appear on the door, which will periodically form spikes that pierce the right or left side. Observe the ripples in the liquid. If it spawns to the right, move to the left side to avoid the attack, and if it spawns to the left, do the opposite.

The elevator eventually opens to reveal a bathroom sink flooded with black water. Walk up to the sink and interact with it “Tighten the faucet” prompt “Whose leak is this?” anomaly commission.

To leave, go back to the elevator and press 1F on the panel to get back to the first floor. From there you will be able to exit through the front glass door and return to Hethereau City.
