One of the cornerstones of the series so far has been the fact that Pokémon can reach level 100. This also applies to Pokemon Legends: ZA's Pokedex, which contains 230 creatures, all of which can only level up to 100. However, the Mega Dimension DLC shows a group of Alpha Corviknight with a bubble of “Lv. 120”, followed by a wild Alpha Annihilape with “Lv. 142”, and finally Alpha Aurorus with “Lv. 150”.

It is unclear at this stage if this refers to the level at which these wild Pokémon will be found and attacked, such as Pokemon Legends: ZAThe battle for Zygard goes all the way up to level 84, or if this is the actual creature level. Either way, even if the level 100+ part is just a gimmick to make the battles harder, it's the first time the series has ever done something like this.

There's a good chance it means Pokemon Legends: ZAAlpha Pokemon will be found at level 100+ and that all Pokemon will thus be able to surpass the original level 100 milestone. Further credence to this is found in a recent tweet from the renowned Pokemon leaker Riddler Khu, who took to Twitter a few minutes before the trailer was released, said that it would include Mega Chimecho, Mega Baxcalibur, and that level 100+ would be possible.

How Pokemon Legends: ZA's New DLC Level Cap May Affect Gen 10

Fans will have to wait and see, but s Pokemon Gen 10 leaks about generating procs for infinite content, it doesn't look like the games will actually feature level 100+ creatures.
