A Reddit user named Duelingk shared a post on the platform showing six shiny Alpha Pokémon Pokemon Legends: ZA's Wild Zone 20, right below the tower in the area. This was a notorious congestion point for lightning hunters who wanted a handful of Alpha creatures, but since the release of the Mega Dimension DLC, this glitch has been fixed. Players could still shiny hunt Alphas in Wild Zone 20 if they already overloaded the spawn before patch 2.0, but it was impossible to repeat the process.

This shiny method of hunting was not discussed or confirmed by The Pokemon Company in advance, so many fans found themselves without access to Wild Zone 20's overloaded spawn, or perhaps with only a few Pokemon. It took the Duelingk several weeks to complete this hunt, with Noivern being the last shiny of the six Pokémon. It was also a weird hunt back then because there was no control over which Pokémon would spawn every time one repositioned the bench. for comparison, Pokemon Scarlet and VioletShiny sandwiches were much better as one only had to grind for Herb Mystic and then follow the recipe for specific results. This way, fans missed the spawn overload bug FOR once it was removed, but it's nice to see that it's still an option for players like Duelingk.
