In a new special announcement, HoYoverse reveals full details about the 1.3 pro update Zenless Zone Zeroincluding new characters, events and much more. Following very successful tracks Genshin Impact and Honkai: Star Rail, Zenless Zone Zero continues to add new content, improvements and enhanced features through consistent updates.

Latest Zenless Zone Zero update known as Tour de Inferno gave fans their first look at the Sons of Calydon faction. Update 1.2 introduced players to the Outer Ring of New Eridus where they could participate in the next phase of the game's story while also unlocking new and powerful characters such as Caesar King and Burnice White. With November just around the corner, Zenless Zone Zero is getting ready to dive into its next big update, this time involving one of Section 6's core members.

Zenless Zone Zero Version 1.3 Leak Reveals Free Bangboo

The Zenless Zone Zero leak reveals a supposedly new Bangboo coming to version 1.3, and avid gamers can reportedly get it for free.

Like recently Zenless Zone Zero leaks have indicated that the 1.3 update brings Section 6 Deputy Chief Tsukishiro Yanagi to the game in the first wave, with the Sons of Calydon champion, Lighter, set to be introduced in wave 2. The “Virtual Revenge” update will arrive on November 6, and in addition to the new banner character, players can also spend your Boopons and encrypted Master Tapes on new W-Engines like Timeweaver as well as new Bangboos like Baddieboo and Knightboo.

In terms of new gameplay, HoYoverse offers a lot of new content as part of update 1.3, including dedicated stories for Lighter and Yanagi, as well as limited-time events offering players resources. The Mystery of Arpeggio Fault is described as a roguelike mode with 5 chapters of random environments, rewards and resons that players can explore on a classic TV board. Completing the challenges here will unlock new rewards as well as a unique Knightboo.

The Simulated Battle Trial is essentially a battle tower that features harder battles that taller players can climb. However, reaching certain levels will also offer Zenless Zone Zero rewards like Polychrome and badges that can be displayed on a customizable player homepage. Lumina Square will also open the San-Z Studio, a place where players can purchase items and trinkets to decorate the newly added Random Play stand on the second floor. Zenless Zone Zero Agent leveling materials can now be automatically created and dismantled at different levels, disk master disks can now be copied, and new sorting options have been added.
