That said, it wasn't all doom and gloom – NASCAR Heat 5the latest major entry in the series, currently has “very positive” reviews on Steam, so it's clear that the company is capable of releasing a solid NASCAR product.

Fortnite Teases Upcoming NASCAR Collaboration

Fans have been intrigued by a recent Fortnite trailer for a potential NASCAR collaboration to coincide with the upcoming Globals tournament.

In a statement at X, Motorsport Games confirmed that all of his NASCAR the games and their DLC will be removed after December 31, 2024. Players can still purchase the games until then and will still be able to play them after that date if they have them on their account. It appears to affect a total of 10 games across Heat, Rivalsand Ignition subseries. However, it is not clear if this will affect things like recently Forza Motorsport NASCAR cooperation. The same can be said about NASCAR Arcade Rusha 2023 title in which Motorsport Games had no involvement.

Many games in NASCAR series can currently be found at a discount, with Motorsport Games promising “a variety of cross-platform promotions this December to add to your NASCAR console game collection while you can.” This will give players a chance to choose the best NASCAR games at a bargain price before they're gone for good. Current attractions include NASCAR Heat 5 is available for $3.74 on Steam NASCAR 21: Ignition can also be found on the platform for just $1.79.

From 2025, NASCAR the video game series will enter a whole new era.
