The Straw Hat Pirates have shown tremendous growth over the course of the Final Saga, especially in the Elbaph arc, which is currently being addressed in the manga. Sanji, the Straw Hats' cook and one of their strongest warriors, is no different in this regard. Over the past few years, Eiichiro Oda has made sure to pay special attention to Sanji's character and ensure that he grows to a very high level of power where he can fight against the elites One piece world without effort. Sanji's growth in Elbaph comes as no surprise to readers, as Oda promised him this upgrade in SBS Volume 105. Now, nine volumes later, the author has already started fulfilling that promise.

Sanji's biggest power boost came in the Wano Country Arc, where he finally used his Lineage Factor after donning the Raid Suit three times. When Sanji was born with his brothers, he was the only one unaffected by the manipulation of the lineage factor, and as such his emotions were preserved at the cost of his mother's life. On the other hand, he was not given any abilities like his brothers, such as an exoskeleton, incredible physical strength, durability, and high regeneration speed.
The Wano Arc changed all that as Sanji finally used these powers one by one and was finally able to defeat Queen The Plague as well. In SBS Volume 105 of One Piece, Eiichiro Oda made it clear that Sanji's scientific development had begun and asked fans to keep a close eye on him as the story headed into the Final Saga, obviously hinting that there may be more to come from him. Now in Elbaph, Sanji's growing power is clear to all.

Breaking down Sanji's new power upgrade in the Elbaph Arc Of One Piece
In the arch Elbaph of One pieceSanji has already grown tremendously and it's clear to see, especially based on the last few chapters where he fought against Saint Killingham. Despite the latter being one of Nero Ima's strongest subordinates, Sanji was able to effortlessly take him apart in battle and inflict permanent damage on him despite being able to regenerate infinitely. Sanji cut his body open from head to toe and had the other Straw Hats tied up. His defeat of Killingham reached the point where Killingham held an unending grudge against him and at some point later swore revenge on him. Even more surprising to fans is that Sanji was able to deal with this individual without using a fraction of his true powers.
Despite the fact that the Straw Hat Pirates do not receive direct power-ups, Oda in Elbaph greatly enhanced their power. Sanji is now strong enough to deal with the Yonko commanders without going all out, destroying Admiral Kizaru's lasers and holding his own against the elites of the world, with the likes of Nero Ima being the only ones who can take him down. Sanji's growth in the Final Saga is clear to all, and Oda has very much lived up to his promise, with many more abilities on the way, such as Conqueror's Haki. Since Nerona Imu entered the battle in Elbaph, it is highly likely that Killingham will return to fight him and Sanji will awaken the Conqueror's Haki in this fight to take his overall abilities to the next level.

Sanji's power level after Elbaph makes him one of the strongest pirates in the world
After the events of the Elbaph arc, which is already at its peak, Sanji ranks among the elites of the One Piece world. In fact, he is required to be among the elite because of the challenge that the Straw Hats face. A great war is on the horizon and the elites of the world government have already set in motion. As such, Luffy needs a lot of strengthening, but so do his subordinates.
This isn't something exclusive to Sanji; Zoro also needs to get stronger as well as Nami, Robin, Franky, Brook, Jinbe, Chopper and Usopp. All members of the Straw Hat Pirates must be at their peak if they are to limit the influence of the World Government and claim victory in the Great War that is about to begin. Oda had already planted the seeds for their growth.
