Marineford
Marineford is widely agreed to be One Piece's the best arc because he saw the end of the road before jumping to start a massive war. Near Marineford's end, Ace and Whitebeard died, and with the last bastion standing defeated, the Marines prepared to decimate the Whitebeard Pirates and their allies, including Monkey D. Luffy, who was in shock after his brother's death.
To prevent the war from continuing, Koby protested and almost died in return, branded by Akainu as a rebel. This is where Shanks made his move after more than a decade of inactivity. Shanks and the Red Hair Pirates arrived just in time to stop the war. Shanks saved Koby's life by blocking Akainu's attack. This intervention by the Red Hair Pirates allowed the Whitebeard Pirates as well as Monkey D. Luffy to retreat to safety. The epilogue arc was also amazing as it saw Luffy dealing with the grief of losing his brother.

Arabista
If there is one thing that One piece mastered, it is the art of closing arcs beautifully. During its nearly 30-year run, Eiichiro Oda has written many amazing conclusions, and in addition to Marineford, Arabasta is also a fan favorite.
The Arabasta arc was the first really big one One piece arc that saw Monkey D. Luffy battle the crocodile Shichibukai to free Vivi's homeland, Arabasta. Arabast's ending saw Luffy expose the Crocodile to the entire population he had fooled, and more than that, rain fell on the kingdom for the first time in years. After defeating the Crocodile and the rest of the Baroque Works, Vivi decided she wanted to stay home and watch over her country. This painted one of the most heartfelt goodbyes in anime. In order to avoid being labeled a traitor by the Navy, Vivi was unable to verbally say goodbye to her friends, however the Straw Hat Pirates proudly displayed their sign of friendship, an X on their left arm. Fans can't wait to see each other again after more than twenty years of waiting.

13th election arc of the hunter chairman
Yoshihiro Togashi has written some of the most famous anime arcs of all time. While the Chimera Ant arc is considered by the vast majority to be his best in terms of arc conclusions, the President Election arc reigns supreme.
This arc finally saw a proper introduction to the Ging Freeccs and members of the Zodiacs. He also saw Killua, the deuteragonist Hunter X Huntergoing to extreme lengths in hopes of saving Gon after his massive sacrifice in the Chimera Ant arc. At the end of this arc, siblings Killua and Alluka were able to heal Gon. With Gon better he went on to finally reach the goal he set out to face many trials which was meeting his father Ging. Ging and Gon meet at the top of the World Tree and talk. In the anime, this arc serves as the conclusion Hunter X Hunter series, making it even more iconic.

Sasuke Retrieval Arc
Masashi Kishimoto created many incredible arcs Naruto. While quite a few of these early Naruto arcs have incredible conclusions, the pre-timeskip Sasuke Retrieval arc was definitely one of the best. In Sasuke's rescue arc, Naruto along with a group of other Genin including Shikamaru Nara, Choji Akimichi, Neji Hyuga, Kiba Inuzuka, and Rock Lee set out to stop Sasuke from joining Orochimaru and losing himself.
The battles in this arc were intense, but what really makes this arc as memorable as it is is the ending where Sasuke confronts the protagonist and defeats him to join Orochimaru. This arc continued the post-timeskip setting and also enriched the bond between Naruto and Sasuke.

Anime: Jojo's Bizarre Adventure
Jojo's Bizarre Adventure has become one of the most popular anime series in recent years. This anime has some exciting parts, but the ending that stands out much more than any other is the end of part 6, also known as Stone Ocean. Jojo's Bizarre Adventure Part 6 follows the story of Jolyne Cujoh, the daughter of Part 3's protagonist, Jotaro Kujo. Part 6 definitely stands out as unique compared to the rest. He sees Jolyne trying to escape from the Green Dolphin prison and save her father from Pucci, a Dio Brando loyalist.
The ending of Stone Ocean is definitely unusual for Jojo. Technically, Jolyne, Jotaro and the others lost and were killed. As the universe resets and Emporio succeeds in stopping Pucci, Jolyne and the others are reborn with new identities. Not only does this ending wrap up the 6th part of Jojo, but it also ends the entire story of this universe.

The Vinland Saga has become one of the most popular and iconic Seinen series, and this is largely due to creator Makoto Yukimura's amazing story writing. The Vinland Saga has its fair share of amazing arcs, though when it comes to endings, few can compete with the finale of its anime war arc.
The war arc ended at the end of Season 1, right after the big battle took place, and Thorfinn was imprisoned to get revenge on Askeladd for killing his father years ago. What makes this ending as incredible as it is is the fact that it breaks Thorfinn as a character. Not only does he fail to kill Askeladd, but he loses his entire purpose in life. His conflicted feelings for Askeladd and his loss of purpose in life send him into slavery. But more than anything, it helps him develop as a character.

Ruhenheim Arch
Monster not an action series. Instead, it relies on incredible writing and excitement. Monster's story has no weak points and all of his arcs are fan favorites. Each individual arch has its own highlight, but the one that stands out the most is the final arch, known as the Ruhenheim Arch. The Ruhenheim arc comes after a long chase from Dr. Tenma to Johan Liebert and here the story is finally tied together. All the mysteries concerning Johan and his sister are finally revealed and the ending is a pure delight.
The story of Monster began with Dr. Tenma healed a young child who would one day become a serial killer. Monster's ending mirrors its first episode. When Johan Liebert is shot and about to die, Tenma decides to perform life-saving surgery on him again, despite knowing what he has done and what he is capable of. This ending connects the story and motivations of Dr. Tenmy together in a beautiful way that is hard to imitate.
