A crossover between some of the biggest shonen heroes wouldn't be that weird. actually Dragon Ball and One piece they've crossed paths countless times, in toys, manga, and even that unforgettable anime special, Dream 9 Toriko x One Piece x Dragon Ball Z Super Collaboration Special.
These crossovers lead us to the question which Dragon Ball the characters could fit in well One piece if their universes merged. Would they be able to co-exist with Luffy and his crew or would they struggle to find their place sailing the seas?
Yamcha
He would make a good captain for his own pirate crew
Yamcha never fit in Dragon Ball. He starts out as a bandit and his character fades away in a frustratingly short amount of time without a good comeback. His Wolf Fang could be a great attack that would scare the crap out of other pirates except those with devil fruit power.
IN Dragon BallYamcha's fans have watched his star slowly dim. He even managed to win Bulma's heart, but lost her because of his bad choices. It was clear that he was not a hero to him Dragon Balland his death against Saibaman makes perfect sense in the end. What if he then enters the story isekai (again) and is reborn in the world One piece? Yamcha has what it takes to be a good captain, and he also has Puara, another ideal character for Eiichiro Oda's series. We're betting on Yamcha as the best candidate to find One Piece.
A weed
Cross Epoch confirmed that the Saiyan prince would make an excellent pirate
The joint work of Eiichiro Oda and Akira Toriyama v Cross epoch the crossover made it clear that Vegeta would perhaps be the ideal character to become a pirate. Obviously, the idea of two of the greatest geniuses in the world of manga cannot be argued with.
Although Vegeta might initially see the idea of being a pirate as something shameful and far from his class, it wouldn't take long for him to discover the benefits. IN Cross epochVegeta is the captain of the Vegeta Sky Pirates with a crew consisting of Trunks, Nico Robin, and Usopp. Having Vegeta and Trunks traveling together on a ship is ideal and a good starting point for Vegeta's pirate story, although we could have added a little more muscle to the crew.
Bringing Nappa back as a pirate, the typical dumb but powerful pirate, would fit well with Vegeta's idea of a crew. The pirate version of Vegeta in the crossover has an eyepatch, like Goro Majima Like a Dragon: Pirate Yakuza in Hawaiialthough Dragon Ball the character cannot wear a hat for obvious reasons.
Vegeta would be an ideal pirate because he is ruthless, strong and attacks without thinking, but deep down he also has a weakness. He would fit the profile of many powerful characters well One piece universe that Luffy clashes with, even though he doesn't participate in life-or-death confrontations at all. And Vegeta's pride would ensure that he wouldn't stop until he found One Piece no matter what. Finding the treasure would be a justification, at least for now, not to destroy the planet.
Mr. Satan
There are many pirates like him in one piece
Over hundreds and hundreds of episodes One piecewe have seen many characters that fit the profile of Mr. Satan. He is a character with a wild imagination who likes to put on a show to fool those around him. In this way, he will make them like him, follow him, and do everything he says. He has the ability to lie like a great pirate and would certainly fit perfectly in One Piece.
Mr. Satan's problem is that he would probably convince some low-level heavyweight to fight on his behalf, putting him in a complicated position of power. However, he is a typical enemy that Luffy and his crew defeat within a few episodes.
Start
In one piece, she would find a place she never had in Dragon Ball
Launch is an underused character in Dragon Ball universe where she is overshadowed by those with stronger powers. In an anime based on Akira Toriyama's manga, it's usually all or nothing: you're either a planet-destroying character, or you're useless in the fight. But in One pieceeveryone has a role to play and there is always a fight to be had.
Although it's hard to see her captaining her own crew, Launch would be a perfect addition to many other crews. Her ability to change her personality when she sneezes could make her an asset when fighting enemies, while also being a pleasant presence due to her non-violent nature. She has what it takes to play a major role in One Piece.
Goku
With a good crew of his friends he could find one piece
Goku, before Dragon Ball Zwithout worrying about saving the world, resurrecting loved ones, or fighting alien invaders, she could be a major wild card. Without these duties, his personality could be very much in line with what Luffy has shown on many occasions. But for Goku to be a good pirate, he would need a crew suitable for his fighting skills.
For example, Bulma would be perfect to be a part of his ship. With a radar built specifically for the occasion, she wouldn't be looking for Dragon Balls, but rather treasures. Can he find a way to find the One Piece and make Goku the Pirate King?
In his crew, Goku couldn't leave Krillin, who would be a good ally, and we even see other characters from the early seasons Dragon Ball. Oolong, a completely useless character in the Saiyan world, could come in handy One piece. The same can be said for Yagirobee, who has an ideal relationship with being a pirate.
Frieza
A galactic tyrant who might as well be king of the seas
With his power, bad temper, and ability to terrorize those around him, Frieza would make the perfect villain. One piece universe. He would probably be more interested in conquering as much territory as possible and eliminating all his rivals. His history of big moments makes him a fantastic character.
We can imagine him taking over a massive ship, fighting heroes who dare to challenge him, and eating devil fruit to become even more powerful. Maybe Luffy and his friends are lucky they don't have to fight Frieza because we're not sure what would happen in a battle of this magnitude.
Boyak
A space pirate who could also sail the seas
A real pirate v Dragon Ball universe. Bojack is a space pirate, but with the soul of a classic pirate. He is a complete villain, an enemy who causes many problems for the heroes Dragon Ball and who is merciless.
His passion is killing, destroying his opponents and enjoying every blow he lands and every bone he breaks. IN One piecehe would be a powerful villain capable of wiping out entire villages and causing sheer terror. He would fit in well and might even become a main villain during one of Luffy's anime arcs. His appearance also lends itself well to pirates, so there's no doubt he'd be a logical addition if Dragon Ball the characters should have crossed over One piece.
