It allows one to use their Nen Aura to enhance their strength or increase their defense. Phinks Magcub

Affiliation: Phantom Troupe
Phinks is number 5 of the Phantom Troupe. In terms of physical strength, he is one of the strongest around and this strength can even be multiplied through his Enhance ability, Ripper Cyclotron. This nen ability allows him to increase his strength by rotating his arm clockwise. In theory, he could increase his power indefinitely if he had time.
However, even with a little startup time, it can do a lot of damage. It's definitely one of the strongest Enhancers in the series, but among spiders, it might fall just short of the other Enhancers.
Dogman

Dogman is a character many anime-only viewers wouldn't recognize. This is because they will enter for the first time during the succession contest Hunter x Hunter series. Dogman is the right-hand man of Morena Prudo, one of the main antagonists of this arc.
Like every other human under Morena, he was affected by the Contagion. Contagion allows him to level up and unlock new abilities and grow in strength. Dogman is actually the highest level character at the moment, at level 62. This shows how overpowered he is because those levels aren't easy to get. His nen ability allows him to use scent and gather critical information about other nen users. Of course, he may have other, more offensive Nen abilities, but that remains to be seen as the succession competition continues.

Nobunaga Hazama

Affiliation: Phantom Troupe
The Phantom Troupe is full of enhancement users. After all, Enhancement is the most common type of nen to fall into. With that being said, it's not easy to determine which of all the Enhancers will be the strongest in the group, but Nobunaga may have the best shot at a title in the future.
Nobunaga is definitely one of the best spider fighters for now. He is a swordsman and has shown interesting abilities such as his Iaidō field. He has yet to go all out, and his Nen abilities remain a mystery, unlike some of the other Enhancers among the Phantom Troupe. In this sense, it is clear that Togashi is saving his power for a bigger event. Nobunaga has been particularly involved in the current arc of the succession contest and could be in for a big battle very soon.
Uvogin

Affiliation: Phantom Troupe
Uvogin is an iconic member of the Spiders. He was the first member of the Phantom Troupe that Kurapika took on and actually managed to kill. He was also the first member of the Phantom Troupe to actually go all out in battle. Uvogin's fight against Kurapica was sensational, showcasing his immense strength and enhancement abilities.
His Big Bang Impact ability stood out as overpowering, but he was at a major disadvantage in this fight. As many Hunter x Hunter readers know, Kurapika has a big advantage over the Phantom Troupe due to the rules and limitations he has placed on some of his nen powers. While Uvogin was defeated by Kurapika, he remains one of the strongest Enhancers around. According to Togashi himself, Uvogin falls into the category of genius among Enhancers.

Maha Zoldyck

The Zoldyck family consists of many monstrously powerful individuals. While some of them are much better explored, like Killua, others remain a mystery. However, even if they don't show them at full strength, fans have an idea of how strong some of these members are. Maha Zoldyck is Killua's great-great-great-grandfather and is an Enhancer. Even without seeing Maha go all out, fans already know how overpowered this individual is.
First off, Maha Zoldyck is a fighter that could be considered on par with Isaac Netero. In the past, Maha even fought Neter, although the results of what happened in that battle have yet to be explored. That in itself is a major display of strength.
Isaac Netero

Affiliation: Hunting Association
Isaac Netero he is one of the most talented nen users and is almost unrivaled among Enhancement users. Netero held the position of Chairman of the Hunter Association for years. His power was incredible and he showed off his power in the Chimera Ant Arc.
During the Chimera Ant arc, he faced off against the main antagonist of the arc, Meruem. His power was incredible and his main ability 100-Type Guanyin Bodhisattva remains the greatest display of nen we've seen in Hunter x Hunter so far. Over the years of his training, Netero has reached the pinnacle of Nen mastery, so much so that he is one of only two Nen masters in the Enhancement category.
Adult Gon
When it comes to overpowered Enhancers, there are only a few characters that could continue to compete with Isaac Neter, and one of them is Adult Gon. With his base strength, Gon is already quite strong, but he definitely wouldn't be among the most powerful of the Enhancer category.
That being said, when he sacrificed his nen and life to take down Neferpitou, he unlocked his adult form, allowing him to kill the strongest royal guard. When Pitou saw Gon grown up, she feared for the king even more than when she saw Neter and stood up to him. This shows that Adult Gon is at the top of the enhancement category. Adult Gon is also the only other Enhancer besides Isaac Neter who is considered a Nen master.
