The rarest category of Nen to fall into in the world Hunter x Hunter is a Specialization category. While other categories in Hunter x Hunter follow stricter rules and criteria, specialization is where Togashi can have more fun and experiment with more creative abilities. The specialization is rare and only a few characters have been revealed to fall into this category. Some of these characters are almost God-level, like Alluka Zoldyck, while others have interesting abilities but remain on the weaker side, like Pakunoda.

Pakunoda

Main Specialization Nen Ability: Psychometry, Memory Bomb
Specialization nen users are technically rare; however, there are actually two of the Phantom Troupe who fall into this category, one of whom is Pakunoda. Pakunodo's specialization-based Nen ability allows her to work with memories. Her nen powers, Psychometry and Memory Bomb, allow her to read memories and implant new ones into other people's heads.
Pakunoda is definitely one of the weakest Specialization users around. She is one of the physically weakest of the spiders and her ability is more useful for gathering information. Pakunoda died during the York New Arc after sacrificing her life to provide basic information to the Phantom Troupe.
Morena Prudo

Main Specialization Nen Ability: Contagion
Morena Prudo is the main antagonist who first appeared during the Succession Contest arc. She's a complete mystery to anime viewers, but she's proven to be a fantastic villain that many would already consider one of the best in Togashi's story.
Morena Prudo is a nen specialization user, and while she's not the most combat-focused character, her Contagion ability makes her scary in a different way. Morena's Contagion allows her to build an army of Nen users who can level up and develop superior Nen techniques. Fans haven't seen her in battle yet, but she's definitely talented and not someone to be messed with. Her potential with this ability is terrifying.

Tserriednich Hui Guo Rou

Main Specialization Nen Ability: Parallel Future
Tserriednich Hui Guo Rou he is the fourth prince of the Kakin Empire. He is a character who has yet to appear in the anime, but he is a terrifyingly overpowered Nen Specialization user in Hunter x Hunter. Tserriednich is very talented and was able to grasp Nen concepts extremely quickly, even faster than Gon and Killua.
Because of this, he was able to develop an ability that can see the future, known as the Parallel Future. The more time passes, the more he sees into the future. At the end of the succession contest arc, it will be even scarier. Of course, it's not the strongest at the moment because it hasn't reached its full potential yet, but it's definitely getting there.
Chrollo Lucilfer

Main Specialization Nen Skill: Skill Hunter
Chrollo Lucilfer he is the head of the Phantom Troupe in the Hunter x Hunter series. He was one of the very first Specialization users that fans met in the series, and not only is he one of the best Specialization users, he's also one of the strongest characters in general.
Chroll's great power comes from his Nen, Skill Hunter. His ability allows him to summon a book where, once he completes certain steps, he can steal a nen ability. This makes Chroll one of the most versatile characters in the entire series. He proved his strength in several battles. He was able to take on Zeno and Silva Zoldyck and was even able to defeat and kill Hisoka in battle. He will only grow stronger as he searches for the national treasures of Kakinu to gain strength.

Kurapika

Main Specialization Nen Ability: Emperor Time, Stealth Dolphin
Kurapika is part of the main cast Hunter x Hunter along with Gon, Killua and Leorio. Technically, Kurapika is not a Nen Specialization user. Usually his affinity is actually Conjuration; however, when his eyes turn scarlet red, he becomes a Specialization user.
Kurapika is incredibly skilled and the chains are also very versatile and have a wide range of abilities. It is particularly effective around members of the Phantom Troupe. His specialized abilities include Stealth Dolphin and Emperor Time. While incredibly powerful, they also drain a portion of his life.
Neferpita

Main Specialization Nen Ability: Doctor Blythe, Terpsichora (assumed)
Neferpita he was one of Meruem's royal guards and also one of the main antagonists of the Chimera Ant of the arc Hunter X Hunter series. Despite misconceptions, Pitou is actually the only Chimera Ant known to fall into the Specialization category, a class that Meruem does not fall into.
Among their royal guards, Pitou is undoubtedly the strongest, and in terms of pure fighting power, she might just be the strongest specialist around. Pitou's nen abilities are related to puppetry. He has a few techniques that seem to come from specialization for the most part. The type of Nena that Dr. Blythe is from has not been revealed, but it seems to include Specialization as she has shown the ability to be able to heal pretty much anything. Pitou's Terpsichore ability, which he uses to enhance his own combat abilities, also seems to mix with Specialization. Her overall fighting ability makes her stronger than the vast majority of Hunters, with only a handful such as Netero or Adult Gon being strong enough to fight her. If she had been allowed to live longer, she could have been even stronger.
Alluka Zoldyck

Major Specialization Nen Abilities: N/A
In the world Hunter x Hunter, Alluka Zoldyck was possessed by a creature known as Nanika. Together, they are the most powerful users falling under the Specialization category. In fact, Togashi himself says that she is the only nen champion of the Specialization category. Her strength and power come directly from the Dark Continent with Nanika.
Not much is known about Nanika, but her power is so great that she can grant almost any wish one asks of her, but at a price. With this power, Nanika was even able to heal Gon, someone no one else could heal after he sacrificed all of his nen to take down Neferpitou. However, Alluka and Nanika do not yet have any exact Nen ability that stems from Specialization. Going forward, we'll get more focus on this incredible duo of characters, especially with Killua Zoldyck coming back into the story later on. Unfortunately, it doesn't look like it will be in the manga anytime soon, given the hiatus and where the story is right now.
