This article contains spoilers from Boruto: Two Blue Vortexes manga.
Boruto: Two Blue Vortexes enters another exciting arc as Shinju Mamushi leads a terrifying assault on Konoha. It's time for Shinju to strike back and even the score after losing Matsuri and Ryu to Boruto and Sarada's overwhelming power during the Land of Wind encounter.
However, looking ahead, fans know that Jura and the God Trees will inevitably be on the losing end, allowing a new villain to rise from the shadows. Fortunately, Boruto: Two Blue Vortexes he was generous in providing advice on identity another villain after Jurawhich fans have already started putting together.
Jura and the God Trees will soon be defeated

Jura and God Trees replace Code, but will eventually be defeated.
When Boruto: Two Blue Vortexes He began, the Code posed a great threat not only to Boruto Uzumaki, but to Naruto as well. He was stronger than anyone, especially after Amado removed his restraints. Fans even thought he would go on to become the main villain of the series, with his unrivaled devotion to Isshiki Otsutsuki, his hatred of Boruto, Kawaki, and Naruto, and the teenage Ten-Tails under his control.
Unfortunately, the Code modifying the Ten-Tails spawned Jura and God Trees, which quickly shifted the balance of power and reduced the Code's relevance. Jura and his kind now lead the series, emerging as the new central threat while the Code recedes further into the background. From Jura to Mamushi, God Trees have terrifying powers and abilities that could destroy the world.
Still, fans know that even the most powerful villains can be defeated, and Jura and the God Trees will be no exception. The God Trees have already lost Matsuri and Ryu, and eventually the rest will follow, including Jura himself. This won't be easy as Boruto and the others still don't have enough power to take them down, meaning new powers, alliances and awakenings will be essential in the coming war.
Akebi Sanzu could be the next villain after Jura
Amado is still hiding the truth about Akebi
Akebi Sanzu is probably the second most interesting character next to Jura Borutonot only because she is Amado's daughter, but also because of the mystery surrounding her potential revival. This is one of the most anticipated events of the series, which could completely change the course of the story and reveal Amad's true motives once and for all.
Fans know that Akebi died of an illness a long time ago, but thanks to Amado's genius, her memories have been preserved in digital form. Akebi's resurrection now depends on Kawakiwith Amado hoping that Naruto Uzumaki's adopted son will apply the Karma Mark to one of Akebi's cloned bodies, allowing her to properly revive and be reborn with the same personality and memories.
Everything I've done so far… It's all been because of this. This is my only purpose in life.-Amado
However, reviving Akebi is a gamble considering she could be a full-fledged Otsutsuki that was once brought to life. She might even become a better Otsutsuki than Momoshiki or Isshiki, tragically losing her humanity in the process and becoming the monster Kawaki swore to destroy just to protect Naruto. If that happens, you won't be able to save Akebi and Amado because they will both be considered a major threat to the world.
Shibai Otsutsuki could be Boruto's final villain
Akebi Sanzu could be the next villain after Jurabut fans are already pushing Shibai Otsutsuki as the final villain Boruto manga. He is, after all, an Otsutsuki powerhouse, someone who ascended to a higher level after consuming countless chakra fruits, achieving godlike power in the process.
It wouldn't be a surprise if Shibai eventually returns towards the end Boruto manga, either through a vessel or a divine manifestation, to regain his influence and wage an all-out war against humanity. He could even use Akebi as the perfect host if he returns by boat. Her resurrection could mark the beginning of a new major arc for the series that explores Shibai's resurrection and the origins of the Otsutsuki clan.
