Solo leveling Season 2 was a real gem and changed the anime industry forever. The high-octane fights were phenomenal and fans couldn't believe the level of animation. Solo Leveling fans are currently in for a third season, which has yet to be announced. The new season will cover arcs around Jeju Island. Because of this, some characters get more time to shine. With that in mind, here are all the individuals who will play an important role in Solo Leveling Season 3.

Beru debuted in the Jeju Island arc where he served as the main antagonist. It was a killing machine that effortlessly killed several S-Series Hunters, including Goto Ryuji. If Jinwoo hadn't intervened, the ants would have destroyed Korea and then the rest of the world. After being beaten, Beru transformed into a Shadow and became Jinwoo's most trusted soldier.
In Season 3, Sung Jinwoo will once again rely on Beru's services. The Shadow is able to fight S-Series Hunters, so Jinwoo can leave the tough fights to him. There are many instances in the web novel where Beru has brief conversations with Jinwoo, showing the innocent side of the Shadows. Hopefully the third season will adapt these moments.
Kandiar
System Architect

Kandiaru, better known as the Architect, is the person responsible for creating the System. He hasn't been introduced in the anime yet, but that will change in Season 3 as Sung Jinwoo returns to the Cartenon Temple, which is where the hero got his powers.
Kandiaru's role in Season 3 may be limited, but there's no denying that he'll be extremely important to the overall plot. He will reveal why Sung Jinwoo was chosen by the System even though there were thousands of individuals who were stronger than him. Meeting Kandiaru will also be crucial for Sung Jinwoo to improve his strength and become stronger than the Monarchs and Rulers.
Cha Hae-in
He will come back stronger in season 3

Blessed with immense talent
Cha Hae-in is an S-rank Hunter from Korea and is one of the few recurring characters in Solo Leveling. Her unique fighting style and her charming nature won the hearts of fans. As an S-rank hunter, Cha Hae-in was chosen to go to Jeju Island where she had to fight Ants. Like the rest of the party, the Huntress started off strong and destroyed the common ants, but she couldn't do anything against Ber. Cha Hae-in was badly injured and was only able to survive thanks to Jinwoo.
In the third season, Cha Hae-in tries to join Jinwoo's guild. She takes an interest in Jinwoo and by joining the guild she will be closer to him. It's easy to see that there is potential romance between them. Aside from the romance with Jinwoo, Cha Hae-in's own character will get further development, which is something every fan wants.
Sung Il-Hwan
He will return in the third season

Sung Il-Hwan is the father of Jinwoo and Jinah. He was presumed dead because he was stuck in the gate for years. Sung Il-Hwan finally emerged from the dimension and directly into the United States. The Hunters Association didn't wait long and sent their agents to bring in Sung Il-Hwan for questioning, but they were forced to wait due to the language barrier.
When Hwang Dongsoo returned to the country, he questioned Il-Hwan. S-rank Hunter soon learned that Sung Il-Hwan and Jinwoo were connected. So he foolishly threatened Il-Hwan, causing him to unleash his power. As a result, Hwang Dongsoo was seriously injured while Il-Hwan escaped from custody. Since the incident, Sung Il-Hwan has remained out of the picture, but will be involved in the third season where he will come face to face with the Monarchs.

For obvious reasons, the most important character in Solo Leveling Season 3 will be Sung Jinwoo. He is the main protagonist of the series. That's why he has to be the central character in the next Solo Leveling sequel. The third season will follow Sung Jinwoo as he tries to form an independent guild.
The hero also returns to Cartenon Temple, where his life is changed forever. At the temple, Sung Jinwoo meets Kandiaru, the architect of the system. The latter contains answers to some of the biggest mysteries in the series. However, Jinwoo will have to face a severe test before learning the truth about the System. In addition to revealing secrets, Jinwoo will also gain new abilities in the third season. He already has a powerful shadow in Ber, but there's no way he'll stop there.
