if you play Sonic Rumble on a mobile device you can claim the gift on your phone by clicking this link. But if you are on PC, you can apply these steps (you can do the same on mobile):

On the main screen, click on the hamburger menu at the top right.

In the list that appears, click Settings.

Find the Gift Code option at the bottom of the next list.

Enter the code and redeem it.

Now go back to the hamburger menu list and find your mailbox.
