These missions are stealth missions where you have to sneak through each sect's hideout, get to their respective master, and observe them performing a martial art in order to claim them for yourself. However, to start each mission you need to use the Dragon Key at the special stone pillar at the secret entrance of each base to open it, so you'll need all five to get each martial art unless you're part of those sects.

Where Winds Meet has a special character system, which means you can't delete a new character once you've created one.
All dragon key points in places where the winds meet
At the time of writing, there are five places where you can get dragon keys in Where Winds Meet: one as a breakthrough reward, one as a quest reward, and three for clearing specific bases.
Breakthrough reward
The first and easiest dragon key you are likely to get is achieve a solo mode breakthrough Level 2: Emerging. This unlock will be available once your character reaches level 15 in Solo Mode.
If you haven't reached level 15 in Solo mode yet, continue to farm EXP by exploring and completing side quests throughout the game. Taking advantage of Pardon Parade's limited time events is also a great way to get bonus EXP without much time and effort.
Skill Effort: Instead of looking for a lesson not learned
The second Dragon Key location where players encounter the winds can be found with the least amount of effort is next door completing the Skill Theft: Unearned Lesson side questwhich starts with finding and talking to the NPC, Qiu Yuehai — who is found southeast of the Moonveil Peak Boundary Stone on Moonveil Mountainwhich is located in the southwestern part of the Qinghe region.
This very small task forces you to basically hide behind a rock and observe the master in front of Qiu Yuehai, Gu Le, to learn the mystic skill, Veil of Tranquility.
The search only takes time about two to three minutes to complete and it's good practice for learning Weapon Martial Arts from sect masters – because it uses the same quick event to master Veil of Stillness.
All key forward base locations
There are many bases with enemies to clear in Where Winds Meet, but only three of them offer the Dragon Key among the rewards for clearing them the first time; these particular three bases are Bloomveil Monastery, Gourmand's Grove and Tiger Fort.
Bloomveil Monastery found northeast of the Qinghe region and can be found southeast of the Wayfarer located in the northern part of the region. You will need to enter the monastery and defeat 12 rogue monks to obtain its rewards, including the Dragon Key.
Gourmand's Grove is northeast of the Qinghe region and located southeast of the aforementioned Wayfarer; to get the dragon key this time, you have to clear the agents from the Buddha fortress.
Tiger Fortress and its dragon key is a bit further in Where Winds Meet where it is located southern part of Qinghe — southwest of Moonveil Mountain. You'll need to defeat 12 Tiger Fort bandits from the Greenwood Brotherhood to clear it.

How to use dragon keys and all martial arts locations with hidden weapons
Once you have one or more dragon keys in Where Winds Meet, you can use them to open secret entrances to sect bases and perform the Skill Theft Infiltration mission for the following martial arts: Heavenquaker Spear, Infernal Twinblades, Inkwell Fan, Panacea Fan, and Strategic Sword – all with the same style of stone pillar looking sinks in front of each entrance.
In southwestern Qinghe is the entrance to the Midnight Mercy Sanctum is located southwest of Verdant Wilds. Use the dragon key to enter this base to sneak in and learn it Infernal Twinblades Martial Art.
The Inkwell Fan Martial Art can be stolen from the titular Inkwell Fan Sanctum, v the northern part of Qinghe, hidden well in the cliff overlooking the ocean that is east of the Floral Expanse Beyond.

Northeast Qinghe and specifically northeast of the General's Shrineis where you can find the entrance to the Master in the Heavenquaker Spear Sanctum and obtain the Heavenquaker Spear Martial Art.
You can also get sect martial arts by joining themso you should only use the dragon key if you don't plan to join any of these specific factions. On the other hand, there are specific rules and entry requirements for each sect in Where Winds Meet, so Dragon Keys are excellent time savers if you just want their martial arts without putting in all the extra dedication.
Every Skill Theft Infiltration mission in these sanctuaries is it fails immediately if you get caughtwhich will take you to either the entrance or your final checkpoint. This means you cannot use regular attacks to kill shrine members.
