Himawari Uzumaki was the center of attention Boruto: Two Blue Vortexes in recent times and fans have seen her grow tremendously in both importance and power. Himawari recently received an incredible power in the form of a Tailed Beast, which officially turned her into a human-tailed beast. This is undoubtedly a huge step forward for Himawari and means that she will play an important role in the Boruto series. It also means Himawari will go on and surpass many characters in the story as he ages.
Hinata Hyuga
Himawari's own mother, Hinata Yuga is an experienced ninja. However, she never reached great heights and was never really in contention to be among the strongest. Himawari is already stronger than any version of Hinata.
She has already surpassed her powers and in the future she is going to increase this difference in power between them even more.
Tsunade Senju
The Sixth Hokage, Tsunade was definitely one of the strongest female characters in the Naruto series. She still holds that position, however with Himawari she now reaches new levels of power and it is highly likely that Tsunade will be surpassed, or already is.
It should be kept in mind that Himawari was able to fight Jura and actually land strong blows on him. He may not be on the same level as Jura or Otsutsuki yet, but he will get there eventually.
Sakura Haruna
Sakura Haruno is one of the strongest individuals which fans have seen in the Naruto franchise. Among the medical ninja, Sakura certainly has the best heritage and entered her name in the hall of fame during the Fourth Great Ninja War. Sakura is a phenomenal medical ninja and can fight at a very high level in combat.
This means that Sakura will not be stronger than Himawari after the end of Boruto. Right now, Himawari can fight against people like Jura. Once she gets better control over her abilities and ages a bit, she'll surely surpass Sakura.
Kakashi Hatake
Kakashi Hatake, the sixth Hokage, is a very powerful person in Boruto right now. While he may not have his famous Sharingan, he is still strong and worthy of fighting many strong enemies. Kakashi deserves the title of Kage, no matter how the fans view him.
Still, he will surely be surpassed by Himawari in terms of strength now that he has Kurama's strength. Himawari is a force to be reckoned with and Kurama gives her so much power that she can basically reach Sasuke's level if not surpass him.
Hashirama Senju
The First Hokage, Hashirama Senju is a character that few can surpass. In fact, Naruto and Sasuke are only a handful of the few individuals stronger than Hashirama in the entire series.
Now Boruto is beyond his level and with the power that Himawari has, she can be stronger than him. Fans just need to give her some time to develop further in her power and for Kurama to grow in size as well. how does it happen Himawari will surely surpass him.
Minato Namikaze
Minato was the fourth Hokage and definitely a heroic ninja that fans have seen quite a bit of in the story. Minato had immense power. In fact, in addition to his natural ability for ninjutsu and other arts, Minato also had half of Kurama sealed within him, which he used after he was revived in the Fourth Great Ninja War.
However, despite Himawari will surely be stronger than him in the future. This is simply due to the fact that Himawari is an entire Tailed Beast in her own right and her affinity with Kurama's chakra is much higher than what Minato had.
Sasuke Uchiha
Sasuke Uchiha is one of the strongest ninjas in the history of Konohaand in his prime few could match him. However, right now Sasuke is a shadow of his former self. He has lost his Rinnegan and is also unable to access his six paths.
This basically means that the version of Sasuke that exists right now can easily be outmatched by the likes of Himawari. All he has to do is keep growing and she will surpass him in strength and skill.
Naruto Uzumaki
Naruto Uzumaki was once the strongest ninja of all time. Actually his peak where he was approaching Baryonic mode and basically toyed with Isshiki remains undefeated in the entire franchise.
However, like Sasuke, Naruto is a shell of his former self. He is not as strong as he was and this gives Himawari the opportunity to overcome him without too much trouble.
