This post contains spoilers for One Punch Man.
One Punch Man's the third season did not receive the best ratings from the audience due to the low quality of the animation. Fans have been waiting months to watch the new season, hoping it would be much better than the second season.
Unfortunately for them, the third season of the anime turned out to be worse than they expected. Despite JC Staff's best efforts, One Punch Man Season 3 was nothing short of average. The anime currently has seven episodes released.

The next episode will feature Flashy Flash fighting
One Punch Man Season 3 Episode 7 was subpar again. If fans had any hope that the anime would improve over time, episode seven certainly ended it. Viewers didn't hesitate to show their frustration on social media and aggregator sites like IMDb. In fact, the episode was rated 2.3 on IMDb, making it the second lowest rated episode of the season.
It's really unfortunate that the One Punch Man anime has become so overwhelming. The current situation has once again reminded anime fans of the incredible first season produced by Madhouse. It's sad that the fans can't do anything to change the current situation.
The seventh episode of the third season had a decent story, but was once again let down by the animation. The episode focused on the heroes on their way to Z City. The unsuspecting heroes had no idea they were being ambushed and in the blink of an eye they were surrounded by a host of monsters. While some A-class heroes were present, they were still overwhelmed by the sheer number of monsters.
Overall, One Punch Man Season 3 Episode 7 was just awful. The fight sequences still look like moving frames. Even the appearance of the characters looks bad. At this point it is clear that the project should not have been given to JC Staff and should have been handed over to Madhouse or another studio of similar quality.
One Punch Man Season 3 Episode 8 Release Date
The new episode will be released on November 30

OPM season 3 was extremely disappointing

The new part will not be much different from the previous ones
One Punch Man Season 3 Episode 8 will be released on November 30, 2025. The episode is called “Ninja Tale”. Fans can expect to see Flashy Flash take on Hellfire Flame and Gale Wind, two of the strongest ninjas in the world. The Flashes The Flash needs to be put to the test, but that will change in the upcoming episode. The S-class hero has tremendous speed with which he can blitz his opponents, but Hellfire Flame and Gale Wind are no slouch in the speed department. As two of the most famous ninjas, Hellfire Flame and Gale Wind will do anything to keep Flashy Flash from getting past them.
In the manga, the fight was riveting and all thanks to Murat's phenomenal artwork. The artist knows how to turn the most mundane fights into something magical. Fans who have read the manga will want to approach the episode with caution, as the studio has yet to deliver the desired quality. However, fans should not attack animators and other staff. They do their best to make the anime watchable. At this point, all the studio can do is release the rest of the episodes and abandon the project.
